Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 2 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of medium-small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- A one-time additional cost of 15 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €

Entirely NON-smoking structure.
The apartment must be left clean on departure
Hosting is not allowed
Small\medium-sized dogs are accepted with a supplement
Check in from 14.00 to 20.00. Check out by 10 am.
An unguarded private parking space is available for the car near the structure.
We carefully sanitize the rooms and use the ozone generator air purifier, for the total safety of our guests.
