La Capannina is placed in a lovely mountain area, in a quiet, panoramic setting, the Altopiano Predaia, at the bottom of the Mount Roen and in front of the Brenta Dolomites.

Nature and mountain lovers, we have always lived in Val di Non. In our free moments we like to wander in our beloved Trentino Alto Adige, enjoying the landscapes, tasting the traditional dishes, catching perhaps some secrets for our kitchen. On vacation we love traveling, especially in Italy, and bringing home vases, plants, memories..and many many hearts!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the La Capannina property during the Easter holidays. We were very pleased with the whole experience, from the beautiful property, which offers a large sunny outdoor terrace, to the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, who made sure we lacked nothing and recommended fascinating nature itineraries. Highly recommended.

I arrived on 10th August 2018 with my husband, wife, and 12-year-old son, we left on 14th August 2018. The environment is well-kept, the breakfast is excellent and the dinners are also great (having chosen half board) with typical local dishes. Half board is not à la carte, so every evening we had new, excellent dishes. We visited the most important cities (I recommend the MUSE Museum in Trento) and if you can, the Merano Thermal Baths, a huge area. We also made friends within the structure because the clientele becomes selected, some customers have been going to the same place for 7 years, exploring and visiting what they had not done the previous time. Fresh air, suitable for those who love a bit of relaxation, walks, easier but also much more challenging routes, ask the manager who will act as a guide on where to visit. The only annoyance was the bell tower, if you slept with the windows closed it could be bothersome, otherwise you woke up around 7:00/7:30 and didn't waste the day sleeping.

Beautiful place! Excellent value for money. Courtesy and availability of the family that manages it. Quiet and peaceful. Long walks in the beautiful surroundings and proximity to the various lakes in the area.\n\nDefinitely ideal for those seeking peace and nature.
