Description
The rooms of the B&B are located in an ancient farmhouse surrounded by nature, approximately 5 minutes away from the town of Predazzo.

The interior space is newly built and finely furnished, using old local furniture.

The rooms have a private bathroom, and the price includes a homemade breakfast. In case of sudden snowfall, it may be necessary to reach the place on foot, which is about 100 meters away from the parking area below.

The place, on the side of the mountain, is in a beautiful position. The access road and small parking are not the best, as well as the access to the B&B area, through an uphill meadow (with luggage or in the rain is not the most convenient). The exterior is quite neglected. The room is simple, in a rustic style, the mattresses are rather hard, all the doors very creaky. The bathroom is always in a rustic style, with minimal equipment: besides the towels, there is only one soap dispenser (for sink, bidet, and shower). The shower box is instead spacious, of beautiful design. Also excellent daily cleaning. Breakfast is decent, prepared on the spot (and therefore with slightly extended times). Very good homemade cakes.

We stayed at Il Maso delle Vivane for 6 nights with my family. Spectacular view, brand new and cozy rooms beautifully furnished. Super clean. The owner was very kind and super helpful. Every morning we had breakfast with delicious homemade cakes and artisanal products. The ideal place to stay with the family.

A maso immersed in greenery. Renovated, comfortable, beautiful and functional rooms. Stunning bathroom. Quiet place, surrounded by nature. Irene is helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only downside is the slightly steep road to reach the structure and the tight parking. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Authentic bed & breakfast on the edge of the woods and surrounded by mountains, just a few minutes from the center of Predazzo. Irene and Alessandro are perfect hosts, full of advice and attentions, and little Matilde is a whirlwind of energy and sympathy. Walks, ski lifts, and mountain hikes are nearby: everything at your fingertips for the best stay you can imagine. I thank Irene and Matilde again for the company they gave us and the whole family for their courtesy and friendliness. We will definitely come back.
