Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast "I Girasoli" in Malgolo, a hamlet of Romeno, in the heart of Val di Non, surrounded by the majestic mountains of Trentino. The panoramic and peaceful location will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Our property has recently been renovated and offers a cozy and well-kept atmosphere. You can participate in guided hikes on the beautiful trails of Maddalene or in the woods of Alta Anaunia. Don't miss the apple blossom in April/May and the fruit harvest in September/October, unique events that Val di Non offers to its visitors. A few steps away from our property, the cycle path of Alta Val di Non begins, which will take you to Passo della Mendola. In addition, the strategic location of our B&B will allow you to easily reach important cities such as Andalo, Trento, Bolzano, Merano, and Madonna di Campiglio.

The S. Michele all’Adige motorway exit on the A22 motorway is only 25 km away, making our property the ideal place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, away from the chaos of the city. Our country house, located on the outskirts of Malgolo, is surrounded by beautiful apple orchards and on the slopes of Monte Roen. Our guests can enjoy our garden, which we care for with love and which we make available with a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and flower beds with the most common aromatic plants.

Our rooms are furnished in a rustic style, simple but cozy, equipped with a large double bed, a sofa, wardrobe and cabinets, bookcase, chairs, and desk.

We offer two large double rooms with adjoining living area and sofa bed, both with private bathroom, and a smaller but romantic double room with private bathroom.

In addition, Maffy and Zeus, our two lively Australian shepherds, are also part of our family.

We are certain that your stay with us will be unforgettable, thanks to the unique location of our property, the welcoming atmosphere, and the beauty of Val di Non.

We are preparing an Italian-style buffet breakfast, with sweets and baked goods, bread and jams made by us. Coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, juices, elderberry syrup, and yogurt are always available. Guests who plan to consume many calories during the day can have a savory breakfast with local cheeses and mixed cold cuts. We can also prepare a breakfast with gluten-free products.

We are Elena and Edoardo. We have renovated our house which is nestled in apple orchards and on the edges of the woods of Val di Non, and we dedicate ourselves to taking care of our vegetable garden, garden, and plants. We enjoy preparing healthy sweets and foods that we want to offer our guests during breakfast. Our family also includes Zeus and Maffy, two tireless Australian shepherds who only want to run and be cuddled.

Our valued guests will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of Val di Non, as well as experience the authentic flavors of the area through the numerous food and wine trails. You will have the opportunity to participate in cultural events and exhibitions, to discover our rich cultural heritage. A short distance from our accommodation, you can admire numerous castles in the valley, as well as the famous sanctuary of San Romedio, a destination for tourists and pilgrims from all over the world.

Nature enthusiasts can walk through the unspoiled paths of the Brenta Group, Val di Rabbi and the Stelvio National Park, among the forests of Alta Anaunia and the Maddalene mountain range. Interesting and accessible excursions to the numerous mountain huts, canyons of the Novella and Rio Sass streams are available to everyone.

But Val di Non is not just mountains and effort: you can enjoy moments of peace and relaxation on the banks of the many lakes in the area, from the large basin of Santa Giustina to the lakes of Coredo and Tavon, from the Emerald Lake of Fondo to the wonderful pearl of the Dolomites, Lake Tovel. And if it rains? No problem: you can visit the magnificent castles in the area, with guided tours, or go down to Trento, a city with a thousand-year history, with its monuments, its conciliar historic center and its museums.

Even though it was short, it was a wonderful experience both because of the B&B's location(in complete relaxation), the atmosphere that really makes you feel at home, and the hostess's cooking, absolutely top-notch, as well as her husband's desserts, absolutely divine. The rooms are very clean. We stayed in the one with the loft, very beautiful. The managers are people of exquisite hospitality, always available to satisfy the guests. The location of the bed and breakfast is perfect for visiting the Upper Val di Non. We will definitely stay here again, maybe in spring during the flowering of the apple trees. They assure me that the view from the bed and breakfast is splendid, a white sea. See you soon, a big hug.

Elena and Edoardo are very warm and caring hosts. Children could play in the beautiful garden, excellent breakfast, even with cake. The whole house was completely renovated 4 years ago, everything is new and clean. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!
