Welcome to Hotel Traube! A small sun-kissed oasis.
We are located in a sunny position, in the southern part of the historic center of Bressanone and at the beginning of the pedestrian zone (approx. 400 meters from Piazza Duomo).
Our small hotel, with its cozy and family-friendly atmosphere, is surrounded by 2 characteristic convents, their charming gardens, and the bishop's palace.
Ancient walls protect the large and well-kept garden and the sunny terrace, where a delightful Mediterranean flora blooms.
Most of our rooms face south, southeast, are quiet, and offer an unobstructed view of the bishop's palace, its gardens, and the surrounding hills. (elevator and some rooms equipped for disabled guests)
The rooms have satellite TV + wireless internet, modern bathrooms.
Some rooms have a balcony or patio overlooking the garden.

Our restaurant "Der Traubenwirt" makes Bressanone an unmissable gastronomic stop. The Traubenwirt is known for being a restaurant that satisfies both the stomach and the heart. It was the last stop of our journey. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because it started to rain. The room was a bit old-fashioned. We had a misunderstanding with the reference restaurant but I believe the hotel could have intervened with a small discount. We stayed in similar establishments at the same price but with more services. A positive note was the breakfast.

Having booked a junior suite, I expected a more spacious room with a terrace. Especially with a small dog. A bit inconvenient parking not on site. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very nice structure, strategic location in the center of Bressanone, close to the Solyman's Dream show, the Christmas market, Hotel Traube's restaurant (reviewed by Michelin guide).
In three minutes on foot you reach the bus/shuttle stop to the cable car to Plose (ski slopes, sledding, walks), good breakfast and very welcome afternoon snack with hot drinks offered.
Within a few minutes' walk you arrive at Aquarena with indoor and outdoor pools.
Strategic location. Beautiful New Year's holiday - we arrived by train without travel stress.
It's a pity they only had availability for 4 nights, we would have gladly stayed at least 2 more days.
We stayed in the dependance room, beautiful and well-kept garden in front.

We stayed at this Hotel Traube for the New Year's week. We had a great time. We didn't have the slightest problem with our dog, accepted very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with very kind staff.

I would say overall and given my research and/or expectations, perfect! In the city center or almost (a few steps), safe and reserved parking, warm and comfortable rooms, adequate price compared to the average in South Tyrol, precise and friendly: keeping to the agreements, so also available!

After passing through the small wooden gate along the wall that encloses the garden, I found a delightful and charming hotel where I stayed peacefully. Tasty breakfast and afternoon tea enjoyed in the garden or veranda. Friendly and very professional staff. Gabriella.

We had a great time. Excellent central location. On foot, in a moment you arrive in the square. Splendid apartment and very comfortable, cared for in every detail. The staff is very kind. Good breakfast at the buffet. We will be back. Thanks to all the staff.

Perfect structure for the location (a few steps from the center and the train station), for cleanliness (very cozy, bright, clean room) for a stay with pets (I stayed with my little shih-tzu Polly) for the friendliness of the owner and all the staff and finally for the exquisite breakfast (homemade sweets).
