Our hotel in Sesto/Sexten, the 3-star-S Hotel Royal in the Dolomites, is a little gem at the foot of the Three Peaks. The family-run hotel is an oasis of peace for all those, who wish to break free from every-day life and enjoy a little time away from it all. This is the place to unwind and let loose. There are plenty of activities waiting for active guests right outside the front door of our hotel – Sesto/Sexten is brimming with possibility in summer and in winter. The Dolomites are a popular destination for hiking fans and mountaineers and the great outdoors offer plenty of things to do for people of all ages. At our hotel in Sesto/Sexten we give great importance to natural and conscious pleasures.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 4 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 3 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Already the exterior of our hotel reflects a family-run business, which is managed by the senior members of the Watschinger family and the junior members of the Steiner family. Astrid Steiner, a qualified sommelière, will spoil you with the precious contents of the bottles from our cellar; her husband, Michl Steiner, head chef and master pastry baker, will tickle your taste buds.
