Description

This loft, enveloped in larch wood and flooded with light, is spacious and offers maximum privacy with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen.

It includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher, as well as a drying rack, iron, hangers, hairdryer, soaps, and shampoo.

Comfort is assured in every season: the independent underfloor heating welcomes you back from the slopes, while air conditioning ensures cool nights during the hottest days.

Complete linens (sheets and towels) are provided.

The property is conveniently located near the train station that connects Trento to the Alta Val di Sole.

There is a reserved outdoor parking space in the private courtyard of the house.

A spacious garden is available for relaxation or rejuvenation, surrounded by greenery under the shade of our sumac tree.

Check-in is typically done by the host.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for those with mobility issues, as the only access to the loft is via stairs (55 steps) and there is no elevator. Small dogs are welcome.

Caldes is a quaint village located in the lower Val di Sole, dominated by the impressive Castle. You can stroll through its charming historic center. The Castle is open for visits from April to November and hosts various events and exhibitions depending on the season. In the nearby area of Contre, just a 5-minute walk from our house, you can access the bike path that connects the lower valley to Mezzana in the upper Val di Sole. This location is home to Trentino Wild, the top destination in Italy for rafting and outdoor activities. In the village, you can find: Conad supermarket, post office, bank, train station, bar, pizzeria, and a playground.

Manuela is a lovely person who immediately made us feel at ease. It is immediately noticeable how she put her heart and effort into furnishing and finishing the structure internally. Meticulous room cleaning, brand new furniture, and a panoramic view of the valley. The breakfast is plentiful with many local products made either by her or by local people. We stayed with our little dog without any problems. Unfortunately, by our choice, we stayed for only one night, during the MTB World Cup in Commezzadura. We give a 9 to the location of the structure only because it is located in a small village along the valley that does not offer many services, so for dinner besides things, one must move by car or with the characteristic and picturesque valley train to the nearby Malè or another village in the valley. But this obviously does not create problems and is certainly not Manuela's fault. Do we recommend it? Of course, yes. Rating 10!

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at the B&B Hello Rizzi in Caldes, we had a very good time and we recommend it to those looking for a "family" accommodation able to make you breathe the atmosphere of Val di Sole. The structure inside has recently been renovated and it shows. The owner Manuela was very helpful with us, satisfying our dietary requests and giving us useful advice on where to dine nearby. The room at our disposal was on the top attic floor and we found it cozy and clean. On the same floor as the room, there is a small room where breakfast is served with homemade products (cakes, jams, bread, etc.). The owner is very kind in making herself available to agree on the breakfast time together.

Mrs. Manuela is fantastic, kind, and super helpful. Her breakfast is all homemade with local products, truly top-notch! The structure is very charming and well-kept in detail with elements created by the homeowners. We chose the structure because it is close to where our friends were staying, for the slopes it's a bit far, about thirty minutes from Grostè, but doable. I definitely recommend it!

Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. The owner was very kind and welcomed us with great warmth. The attic rooms are very well structured with quality and the homemade breakfast highly appreciated, cookies, cakes, jams, and everything served was of excellent quality (I loved the cherry jam and coconut cake). I appreciated the high-quality light wood ceilings, well-organized bathrooms, very functional kitchen area and a beautiful stone sink. We will definitely want to come back. Highly recommended.

We spent a 9-day vacation in August, me and my partner, for the first time in Trentino and we fell in love with this wonderful region, their mountains, and all the charming places we visited. Breath-taking stuff. Delicious food and much more. The location of this B&B is fantastic. In 30 minutes or a little more, you are in all the best places of Val di Sole, Val di Non, Val di Rabbi, Val di Pejo, lakes, waterfalls... Manuela, the owner, a fantastic person, helpful, sweet, polite. In short, a place to regenerate after a year of work or at any time in one's life. We will be back. Thank you for everything!

As a couple, we stayed for seven nights in the enchanting setting of Val di Sole. The owner of the facility, Manuela, was always exquisite and helpful, also very valuable in advising on places to visit. A special mention deserves the breakfast: Manuela delighted us with fantastic cakes and sweets. Highly recommended.

Owner super kind and super helpful, also (and above all) with our little dog. Abundant breakfast rich in zero kilometer products (raspberries, cheese, and mountain butter). Therefore, a structure to recommend for a weekend of flavors and walks!

The structure has recently been renovated and has wooden floors where it is a pleasure to walk barefoot, bright rooms and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are plentiful, with delicious homemade cakes and jams prepared by Manuela and Livia. The B&B is located in a quiet area, close to the Val di Sole cycle path, the Castle of Caldes and sports/recreational centers in the area. The owner welcomed us making us feel at home, even our one-year-old daughter immediately felt at ease. We recommend the structure for both short stays and one or more weeks, you won't regret it.

Great location, new, clean and welcoming, with very helpful and friendly people. Abundant breakfasts with typical and homemade products, cakes, etc.. From the skylight in the attic where we were, we could see the stars, directly lying in bed. 10/15 minutes from the ski lifts of Folgarida. Very good value for money. We had a great time and I highly recommend it.

4 beautiful days hosted by this facility. The courtesy of the owner Manuela is unparalleled. Extreme cleanliness. Photos absolutely correspond to reality. Strategic and very convenient location also for reaching the ski lifts. It is a completely family-friendly B&B where you can truly feel at home. We will come back to discover the valley in summer.

Excellent family-run B&B, perfect for those who want to fully experience the beauties of Val di Sole and surroundings and are not interested in high-end hotel services (which are not cheap in the area). Manuela and her mother welcomed us in the best way, satisfied our requests, and provided excellent advice on mountain excursions, restaurants, and other activities. The location is great for visiting Val di Sole, Val di Rabbi, and Val di Peio, with breathtaking views and excursions of various difficulties, truly suitable for every need; from the B&B, you can walk to the cycle path along the Noce river that connects all the villages in the valley. Fantastic homemade breakfast, abundant and prepared with attention to the guests' tastes and needs. Last note: we traveled with a cocker spaniel, who was welcomed at Casa Rizzi and for whom we did not pay any additional costs. Highly recommended B&B.
