Our establishment has recently been renovated and offers 10 rooms. It is located in a splendid position, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk from the thermal baths and the center of Merano.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, including complimentary toiletries and towels. It also includes a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a minibar, and stylish and elegant furnishings.
Free wifi is available throughout the entire property.
Furthermore, there is a small relaxation area in the basement with a sauna, emotional shower, and jacuzzi that our guests can use free of charge.
In the morning, you will find a rich continental buffet with fresh pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, and many other delicacies in our cozy breakfast room.

I spent a weekend here with my family. I found the bed and breakfast very well-kept, the breakfast offered is varied and satisfying, the staff is friendly. The points of interest in the town are easily reachable. I recommend it!

We had a good time at this bed and breakfast. The staff and the manager are very friendly and always available for your every need. The bed and breakfast is very close to the thermal baths and consequently to the center of Merano. From the center of Merano, you can reach all the important destinations using public transport. The only small flaw of this bed and breakfast is that it is located near a busy road, but this is natural because it is close to the center. However, by closing the windows and turning on the air conditioner, you will be fine.

I stayed with my parents and we really enjoyed it. The property is located near the city center. The room was perfect, there were four of us and the two rooms were separate. Marika is really nice and recommended places to visit and where to eat. Hoping to come back soon, we send a big hug. See you soon.

Maria, the owner, is very kind, helpful, and hospitable. The B&B is located in a central area, very close to the thermal baths, the shopping area, and restaurants. It is very clean and new. The only thing is that, even though the breakfast was abundant, personally, to add value to the already very good service, I would serve fresh bread, brioches, and cakes instead of frozen ones. We will definitely come back as soon as possible... Merano is beautiful!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das B&B liegt etwas ausserhalb von Meran, im Stadtteil Sinnich, was für uns aber kein Problem war, da die Busverbindung excellent und die Haltestelle quasi "vor der Tür war".
Der Betreiber wie das Personal waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und ließen keine Wünsche offen!
Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt - nach italienischem Standard süße Hörnchen/Brioches, Brot, Orangensaft, Milch, Marmelade, Nutella, Aufschnitt und Käse! Der Kaffee wurde frisch gebraut, egal ob auf Wunsch Capuccino, Latte Macchiato oder sonstiges!
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer! In dem Bett haben wir hervorragend geschlafen!
Erwähnenswert wäre noch, dass es für den Betreiber überhaupt kein Problem war, dass wir uns von daheim aus vorab ein Päckchen mit Wechselkleidung per Post geschickt haben, da wir als E5-Alpenüberquerer keine "normale" Kleidung im Rucksack transportieren wollten. Hat perfekt geklappt, bei Ankunft wurde uns das Päckchen überreicht!

Tutto positivo, solo la zona è un po' trafficata.
Comunque in 10 minuti si arriva in centro attraversando il parco delle Terme oppure passeggiando lungo il Passirio.
Pulizia ottima, buona colazione, proprietaria e personale affabili e disponibili.
Bene il climatizzatore, considerando la necessità di tenere le finestre chiuse.
