Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 28 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 27 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very nice choice in a lovely typical mountain frame. The owners are very kind and will give you a very advice you need. The B&B is just 10 minutes far from Ortisei by car and 20 min form the Seiser Alm skiing station. It was a great starting point for a wonderful pre-christmas weekend in Sud-Tirol. Absolutely recomended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Garni Kostner. Comfortable clean room, excellent kitchen to cook dinners, fine breakfasts, very friendly hostess, with a superb view over Ortisei to the mountains above. Overall excellent. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

La cordialità della Famiglia Kostner è impagabile, ci hanno saputo dare qualche dritta per la cena e cosa vedere nelle vicinanze. Posto tranquillo e immerso in un metro di neve che ha reso il nostro soggiorno rilassante. Super gentili nell'accogliere anche il nostro piccolo carlino.

Il soggiorno a Bulla al Garni Kostner è stato davvero piacevolissimo. Davvero molto apprezzabili l'armonia, il silenzio ed il ristoro che si possono trovare pernottando qui. Comodissima la posizione per potersi spostare e godere dei meravigliosi trekking in loco e nella Val Gardena. Un appunto che faccio è sulla colazione, piuttosto banale e scontata, mi aspettavo cose fatte in casa, ricercate e caratteristiche di chi gestisce il posto. Per il resto lo suggerisco caldamente.

Ottimo garnì, bella struttura arredata con gusto e funzionale (presente un angolo cucina provvisto di tutto: frigo, lavastoviglie, forno microonde, bollitore elettrico, macchina per caffè, ecc), ospitali e gentili i gestori, colazione molto buona e curata nei particolari.

Erwin e Ilke Kostner ti fanno sentire a casa in un posto estremamente curato, silenzioso e pulitissimo. Ottimi “ciceroni” nel guidarti nella scelta degli itinerari. Nelle stanze/appartamento non manca proprio nulla. Gustosa, abbondante e variegata la prima colazione, spazia dal dolce al salato. Splendida la vista su Ortisei e sulle montagne. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini. Io ho soggiornato lì con mio figlio sedicenne che si è innamorato sia del posto che della gentilezza ed attenzione dei proprietari. Ci ritornerò presto e con piacere. Vivamente consigliato.

Ottima struttura situata in un piccolo paesino, ma comunque vicina ad Ortisei. Massima disponibilità dei gestori, da sottolineare ottima conoscenza dei percorsi trekking della zona, dalla semplice passeggiata al percorso più impegnativo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Decisamente da consigliare.
