Dear guest!
Our small family business is situated in a very quiet and sunny place, with a wonderful view into the valley and appealing view on the surrounding Dolomites.

Our B&B is directly on the Luis Trenker Promenade which connect you to the village centre of Ortisei.

In the morning, you have to expect an extensive breakfast so that you can start full of energies to the hiking or to skiing.

We hope to be able to welcome you in order to spoil you in every manner!

How to find us!
Exit highway Chiusa - (Val Gardena), further direction Val Gardena/Gröden. After 15 Km, once you get to Ortisei. It is really simply to reach us. You simply need to follow always the red shaft.
Our house is situated in a good position, only a few minutes from the Ski slopes Palmer and Furdenan, and only ca. 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop for the connection in all the valley and consequently is the Sellaronda closer.

Incredible place to stay. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was good, place is located at a walk distance from the center town, the host was super welcoming and rooms are very clean. Also, not expensive at all for everything we had. We felt super welcomed as well and everyone was really friendly. It was amazing! We highly recommend. Thank you Berta!

Beautiful structure and warm welcome. It feels like being at home. The place is quiet and is the starting point for walks. It is not exactly in the center, but it takes ten minutes on foot to get there. Mrs. Berta, the landlady, is very sweet.

We had an amazing time at Garni Floreal. Our host was extremely nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Berta was lovely and provided us with many recommendations on places to eat, hikes to consider, and more. The location was good, at a short 15-minute walk from the city center and both of the town's cable cars. The room was a good size, the balcony had a great view. What can I say? We are still here, but tomorrow we will leave with a heavy heart. This place, and the very kind Mrs. Berta, we already miss! Everything went perfectly: the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is spectacular, the location is ideal and the view is relaxing. Mrs. Berta is very helpful and kind; she takes care of Garni Floreal with attention and care that makes the stay perfect. The property (with private parking) is located just a few meters from the Luis Keller path and in 10 minutes (passing in front of a magnificent playground) you are in the center of Ortisei. The room is furnished in the typical South Tyrolean style, it is large, bright and clean, with a beautiful flowered balcony. The breakfast is rich in typical sweet and savory products, perfect to start a beautiful day of walking or skiing on the right foot. So, excellent stay, highly recommended structure!

Unfortunately, I had to give only a 10 as a rating... it deserves a 100. Stayed here to participate in the hero race. We had the check-out at 9:30 am, we asked if we could keep the room until the afternoon to wash up, paying more if necessary. We were able to use it to wash up at no extra cost. Top breakfast, a room to store the bikes, and before leaving, the husband even offered us a drink. If I have to come back to the area, I will definitely book in this place. In two words... TOP NOTCH.

What a gem in this lovely town! Great price, but nothing can beat Berta’s hospitality! She even did laundry for us! She always greeted us with a big smile. Not only is the room big and clean, there is also outdoor seating that our group (13 of us) enjoyed after a day of hiking. Highly recommend Berta’s place for anyone who is visiting the area.

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, uncomplicated. Bertha is a fantastic host. I would definitely stay here again. This holiday for us did not require a swimming pool or sauna, just a good breakfast to get you going. The guests were also very nice. Quiet and respectful. I cannot recommend it enough. Returning to Garni Floreal for the second consecutive year was a confirmation: Mrs. Berta welcomed us with great professionalism, friendliness, and availability. The rooms, in typical South Tyrolean style, are comfortable, with a splendid view and very clean. From the structure, it is easy to reach, in less than 5 minutes on foot, the center of Ortisei, the ski lifts, and the bus stops.

I can only add my positive review to all the others, Mrs. Berta is special, always smiling and kind, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet, the breakfast is great, there is parking, the WiFi works great throughout the property, via a pedestrian path you can reach the center in 10 minutes, bus stop 5 minutes away. I recommend Garnì Floreal without hesitation.

We are content to have found Garni Floreal. The check-in was easy with the key left in the reception area. Very clean room with balcony and excellent views. Fresh towels every day. Very friendly environment. Easy walk into and from town. Breakfast is very generous. We were given a Mobil card on our second day there which allows use of local buses. The only comment would be about adding some extra toiletries in the bathroom. Very minor as we had bought our own anyway and we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend.

Quiet location, very close to the Trenker promenade which in 15 minutes leads to the center of Ortisei. Extremely kind and very helpful owner also in giving advice on walks, shelters, restaurants. We were extremely satisfied with the stay, we highly recommend it and will definitely return.

I just returned home and I already miss my stay at this excellent Garni. We had a great time, welcomed and pampered by Mrs. Berta, who manages this property very well. Here cleanliness is paramount, breakfast excellent, the location is spectacular and courtesy is a must. The owner has always been available to give us great advice on how to plan our stay better. She knows the area very well, she showed us beautiful walks, with breathtaking views, and suggested where to eat typical things at fair prices. She also welcomed our inseparable little dog. What more could you want? Thank you Berta for the wonderful experience. We will definitely see each other again soon.

Mrs. Berta is always available and gives excellent advice on things to do and see. The facility and the room are very clean. Relaxation and silence. Ten minutes walk from the center of Ortisei, along a beautiful walk. I would definitely come back.

Mrs. Berta Paula was very welcoming and enthusiastic, extremely helpful and ready to go out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable (see excellent early breakfast to allow us to leave in time for the Sella Ronda bike day). The Garni Floreal is in a great location. The bathrooms need some refurbishment, but Mrs. Paula is already taking care of it.

Very friendly and very pleasant accommodation. Treatment by the hostess Berta is very warm, but not intrusive, so perfect. The rooms are large enough and all have their own spacious modern bathroom with shower and toilet. I think in terms of value for money it is the best accommodation of this category in Ortisei. If you are looking for a good affordable Bed and Breakfast, this is the right place. Quiet location, comfortable beds, so you sleep very well.

A family-run bed and breakfast, just outside the town of Ortisei, which can be easily reached by taking a nice walk of 500 meters. But the beauty of this Garni lies in the kindness and availability of Mrs. Paula, the owner, who is generous in giving you good advice on walks and itineraries and then in the morning pampers you with abundant and delicious breakfasts, the speck with fried egg is formidable and the apple strudel is enchanting. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and sleeping here guarantees you absolute rest. The price is average. Highly recommended.
