Description
Dolcevita Ambiez Rooms&Breakfast was born from a dream: to offer a new type of hospitality to those staying in San Lorenzo Dorsino, one that is more familiar and in tune with nature.
The passion for hospitality is part of my family's history. Since the 1970s, when my father moved to Switzerland and then to Milan to learn the trade. When he returned home, he continued the experience with my mother here in Trentino. For 31 years, you could find them behind the counter of the Ambiez bar-tobacco shop, in the district of Dorsino. Between 1995 and 2003, they also managed the Soran hotel in San Lorenzo in Banale.
Now it's my turn to carry on the tradition: with the support and assistance of my parents, I have restored a building in the historic center of Dorsino. The elders of the village still remember when this place was filled with the smoke of ciuìga, the typical local cured meat made from pork and cooked turnips.
From my parents, I have learned that attention to people comes mainly from small gestures: serving breakfast in the morning with a smile, meticulous cleaning, and being available to listen to the needs of the guests.

Brand new two-room apartment, well furnished, spacious and very clean, super abundant breakfast with homemade products. Dream location in the center of a very quiet small village that looks like a postcard. Francesca, her mother, and her daughters are kind and helpful managers. Spent 5 days of total relaxation, I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Four days of relaxation in Val d'Ambiez, absolutely positive experience. Cute and very clean structure managed by Francesca with the help of her mother and daughters. All very good and very attentive to every need of the guests, excellent breakfast cakes but the extra touch is really the management. Highly recommended.

Francesca and her family welcomed us to their property making us feel at home, thanks to their extreme availability and kindness. The structure is very well-kept and clean. The studio on the raised ground floor is spacious, very convenient kitchenette, brand new dishes and dishwasher. The breakfast is excellent, every morning Francesca prepares different cakes, ensuring quality and variety. Absolutely recommended.

We spent a beautiful weekend at the DolceVita Ambiez Rooms & Breakfast. What can I say, excellent structure, beautiful welcome from the managers who also recommended some beautiful places where you can try typical Trentino products and enjoy excellent grandma's cooking. Last but not least, breakfast. Super! With very fresh products prepared by them. I hope to come back soon!

I made an excellent choice. I liked everything and I felt very comfortable.\n\nWhen I visited the site, I immediately liked it and my expectations were not disappointed at all.\n\nI want to go back but this time by motorbike, since they also have secure storage for the vehicle.\n\nReally everything very functional and tasteful. We stayed three days at DolceVita Ambiez Rooms&Breakfast. Everything perfect, excellent accommodation even for our 9 and 12 year old kids, very good homemade breakfast, very nice surroundings. Francesca always ready with advice. You can see that she manages the whole business with care and passion. A place to come back to.

Struttura appena ristrutturata in posizione strategica, permette rapide escursioni sia al lago di Garda che al lago di molveno, andalo ecc.
Arredato con molta cura e con attenzione al benessere degli ospiti. abbondante e curata la prima colazione con ottimi dolci fatti in casa, da ampliare l'offerta del salato. Francesca (responsabile) cortesissima, molto attenta alle esigenze di tutti e molto preparata per illustrare percorsi di visita e luoghi particolari da conoscere. splendida location per un totale relax in un affascinante angolo di trentino. Abbiamo trascorso la nostra luna di miele in questo posto magnifico immerso in un borgo incantevole, al Dolce vita Ambiez il personale è cordiale, il luogo super curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissimo! Colazione super genuina con dolci fatti in casa e poi Francesca! La titolare! Sempre gentilissima e disponibilissima e pronta a consigliarti dove trascorrere la giornata! Sono arrivata domenica 10. 7 e mi fermerò ancora tutta la settimana, ma volevo ringraziare subito Francesca e i suoi genitori con tutto il personale per la splendida accoglienza, gentilezza vera, empatia che mi hanno dimostrato. La struttura è eccezionale: nuovissima, fatta benissimo con strutture solide e fatte al meglio, arredamento non banale, ma studiato e funzionale (dalle vetrate e pareti, alle luci, agli elettrodomestici, tutto è fatto al meglio). La disponibilità è superiore alle aspettative.
E se qualcosa vi mancasse basta chiedere: se è possibile non ci saranno problemi.
