Magnolia Holiday Home is an apartment of approximately 65 square meters, recently renovated, located in the charming village of Roverè della Luna, in a picturesque spot right on the border between Trentino and South Tyrol. The welcoming and practical spaces can accommodate up to 7 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, small groups, or travelers looking to stay in a peaceful area without sacrificing convenience for getting around.

The accommodation features two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a modern bathroom equipped with a shower. The large, fully equipped kitchen allows guests to manage every part of the day independently, thanks to an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A washing machine is also available. Underfloor heating helps create a particularly cozy atmosphere even during the colder months.

Its location provides easy access to the San Michele all’Adige highway exit, making it a great starting point to explore numerous local destinations. Within about 20 minutes, you can reach Fai della Paganella, Andalo, and Trento, home to attractions such as the Buonconsiglio Castle and the MUSE science museum. Bolzano offers additional cultural experiences, including the South Tyrol Archaeological Museum.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will find nearby attractions like the suspension bridge, the Skywalk overlooking the Piana Rotaliana, the Favogna via ferrata, numerous hiking trails, and the bike path connecting Brenner to Verona and Lake Garda.
