Description
This B&B is also a perfect point of support for motor-riders or passers-by being it situated 15 km far from Brennero motorway tollgate and from the Mezzocorona train stop on the Brennero railway. Our B&B is on the margins of the Adamello Brenta natural park in Termon, a quiet small village in Non Valley at 650mt. altitude, that lives thanks to the surrounding applefields. The characteristic orchards create a unique surprising landscape.
The house hosting the B&B is an indipendent, overwhelming one, in a panoramic position and towers above the village, it is sunny and silent, surrounded by a wide garden and a meadow. The house is bio-built, natural paints for window-shutters, balconies and gates have been used, wood has been the most employed material for the house building.
It is a very peculiar house, as you can see from the pictures.
Our hospitality is familiar. The two guests rooms are one on the first floor and the other on the attic, in the house where the host-family lives. On the same floor there is a bathroom reserved to the guests of the three rooms.
On the floor below there are a spacious kitchen and a living-room with book-shelves
Flat-iron and washing machine available, in case of rain it is possible to dry wet clothes in a suitable room.
The oak portal and the entrance door that you find as soon as you arrive, hand-carved, used to belong to a Rumanian convent.
After leaving your shoes in the suitable shoe cupboard, unavoidably of wood, we approach to enter the house: the floor is made of beech and cherry and a particular care is required, that is why at will you would be provided with a pair of funny slippers; or you could enjoy the energy of the house wandering barefoot.
The room is very sunny, with a panoramical local view of the Non Valley: orchards, house-roofs, bell-tower give an unforgettable picture of it.
In daylight you have a magnificent view on the valley and the surrounding villages, while at night the stars are so bright thanks to the absence of light pollution.
Totally furnished with wood, you will really feel at ease.
In the massive-wooden chest you will find some toys of natural wood, non-toxic-painted that both grant your children a safe enjoyment and enrich the home coreography.
The East-facing balcony links the first room with the second one, which we are now going to describe.
Sun and light come into this room partly from the balcony partly from the window, giving a bright touch of gaiety. Comfortable, well-structured and silent the room inspires serenity.
The baked clay-stove next to the bed would warm you up in the coldest days.
The third room, warm and completely match-boarded, looks on to the house entrance offering a verdant landscape of the valley.
The furniture is of massive wood very essential but comfortable, each room is furnished with good taste and arranged in full details.
The wide bathroom reserved to our guests, in common for the two rooms, offers the possibility to relax in a big pleasant bathtub with the use, on request, of natural essences.
In the passage linking the two rooms to the bathroom you can find at your disposal a cup of infusion chosen according to lunar phases.
The house is surrounded by a wide garden where various types of roses and clematis grow. With this view on the green you can have your generous breakfast in the kitchen that waits for you with a rich buffet and the quiteness of a familiar place. Your breakfast will be enriched with fruits and typical local products, with attention toward all the guests’ needs.
A suitable file-holder containing house rules will help you manage and range into the neighborhood without forgetting the most important and characteristic itineraries.
In case of bad weather you surely won’t get bored. The house is very large.
The living-room near the kitchen is dedicated to music (piano, guitar, several instruments from all over the world) and to reading. There is a book-shelf with a variety of books dealing with Trentino and Non valley history.
There are a fireplace by which you can play cards, an olle-stove surrounded by a wooden bench,

The Casa del Fate is located in the upper part of the village of Termon (650 metres asl), within the Adamello Brenta National Park. We are only 15km from the motorway and nearest railway station (Mezzocorona)
The house itself is made largely of timber and possesses many unique features including an oak porch and hand-carved doors. The rolling apple orchards which cover much of the 'Val di Non' provide the Casa del Fate with a spectacular view and the Castel Thun, on the oppite side of the valley.
There are many wonderful places to visit in the vicinity, providing both natural, sporting and historic adventures for our guests.
