**LOFT DELLA PERPETUA**, a romantic attic apartment with exposed wooden beams, a kitchenette and living area, and a bedroom with a mezzanine double bed. Perfect for a couple looking for peace and tranquility, it accommodates 2 guests.

**L'ANTICA CANONICA**, located on the ground floor, features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—and a large furnished, covered terrace, ideal for families. It accommodates up to four guests and has a private ground-floor entrance.

**LA FONTANA** accommodates up to five guests, with three bedrooms: one double, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. It also features a large furnished, covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a window, shower, and bathtub. Private entrance on the first floor.

**LE RONDINI**, accessible via two flights of external stairs and located on the second floor, is a bright apartment with three bedrooms—one double and two single rooms—designed for four guests. It features a balcony, a panoramic veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room.

**LA SUITE DELLE SCUDERIE**, for 2 guests, is the jewel of Casa Bernardi: an elegant double room with refined stone and wood details, a freestanding bathtub for relaxing moments, and a cozy sitting area equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. It has a private entrance. Cooking is not permitted in this room.

**LE SCUDERIE** Our luxurious accommodation offers many features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It includes a private entrance, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and combination microwave oven. The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a single sofa bed. It also includes a Finnish sauna: the private spa is an exclusive space reserved entirely for your use, available free of charge and without limits throughout your stay, ensuring 100% privacy. It accommodates up to 3 guests and has a private ground-floor entrance.

**PRIVATE DOG AREA – A true paradise for your four-legged friend**
At Casa Bernardi, pets are special guests. Just 150 meters from the apartments, you will find a large, fully fenced private dog park covering 500 m², reserved exclusively for our guests.

A safe space where your dog can run freely, play, and socialize off-leash while you relax in the peaceful surroundings of the Piné Plateau.

The area includes:
- A fully enclosed and secure fence;
- Play equipment and small agility courses;
- Large grassy areas for running;
- A shaded table and bench, perfect for a break or picnic;
- A quiet environment away from traffic.

Whether you are traveling with a small or large dog, your pet will enjoy a vacation just as wonderful as yours.

Casa Bernardi is truly pet-friendly: we are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions and offer a rare service designed for guests who consider their dog a member of the family.

For your maximum comfort and convenience, the property provides a private parking area exclusively for guests, free of charge, located just 100 meters from the accommodation.

The short walk back to the property is fully illuminated and includes the typical uphill path of a traditional village.

Our recommendation: stop briefly in front of the property entrance to unload your luggage comfortably, then park your car in our private parking area.

Additional free public parking spaces are available nearby, subject to availability. A convenient loading and unloading area is also provided.

Just a few steps away, the Bernardi Fountain offers wonderfully fresh mountain spring water flowing directly from our surrounding mountains.

All accommodations are regularly sanitized using an ozone-generating air purification system.
