Restructured with care and respect for its history, it offers an authentic experience in a welcoming environment characterized by natural materials and furnishings that evoke the past.

Designed for a stay focused on well-being, Ca’ Rota House features bright spaces, modern comforts, and attention to detail to make you feel immediately at home.

The elevator facilitates access to all three floors, while each apartment boasts carefully chosen furnishings, high-end Siemens appliances, comfortable mattresses, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

Access via a numerical code eliminates the need for keys.

Bicycle lovers will find a closed storage space with a workshop.

The eco-sustainable design, with ecological materials and modern energy solutions, promotes responsible tourism in the heart of Trentino.

Ca' Rota House is located in the historic center of Pranzo along the MTB trail to Lake Tenno. Direct access to the house is only possible with small cars. Alternatively, free parking spaces are available approximately 50 meters away.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. New and well-furnished apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedrooms with a small relaxation corner, all immersed in a very quiet and cool village (without mosquitoes 😅). Highly recommended!
