The Bed and Breakfast Uno Due Zero welcomes its guests in a well-kept and comfortable environment. It is an ideal place for art, monument, and culture lovers, as well as for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites, forests, and lakes of Trentino. It is also suitable for those who come to Trento for business purposes. The area is served by a supermarket, post office, bank, hospitals, pharmacy, newsstand, tobacco shop, trattorias, and pizzerias.
The BnB is located in a quiet, safe, and peaceful residential area, just a stone's throw from the historic center. It allows easy access to the Teatro Sociale, the University, the MUSE, the Castello del Buonconsiglio, and other attractions of the city through short walks. The San Camillo, Villa Igea, and Villa Bianca hospitals are within a 2-minute walk, while the Santa Chiara hospital is less than a 10-minute walk away. From the BnB, you can reach Povo in 15 minutes by bus, where the faculties of Sciences and Engineering of the University of Trento, the Research Institute of the Kessler Foundation (formerly IRST), and the Microsoft research center are located.
The train and bus stations are a 20-minute walk or a 7-minute bus ride away.
The proximity to the surrounding woods and parks allows for sports activities such as jogging and walks in the silence and pure air of the pine forest, as well as easy excursions and mountain bike routes or cycling on the bike path. The BnB is also convenient for those who want to ski and then have fun in the city in the evening: Monte Bondone with its ski slopes is a 20-minute drive away, and about 30 minutes by car separate you from the 50km of slopes in the Paganella ski area.
Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will also appreciate the ease with which they can reach the Viote (30 minutes) and Passo Coe (35 minutes) ski slopes. The lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo are a 20-minute drive away.

I absolutely loved my stay at B&B Uno Due Zero! The host, Sandra, was very welcoming and helpful, she also provided excellent breakfast. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location was close to a supermarket, a park, and about a 10-minute walk into the center. It was a very memorable experience. Thank you, Sandra :)

We stayed one night at the structure and we had a great time. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, the bed and breakfast is spacious, clean, bright, equipped with all comforts and with a spectacular panoramic view. It is located near the center, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. Definitely worth going back!

We stayed here for 1 week and were very satisfied. Sandra is a good host. The rooms were ok, some with a nice view, as well as the kitchen with panoramic view. The street in front of the house is quiet, you can sleep with the window open. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the old town. Bus connections to the train station/Pza Dante are good.

The lady who runs it is very kind and super nice, the breakfast is simple but super good and the price is excellent for what is offered (indeed, maybe even a bit low, I would have been willing to spend more!). The room is very beautiful, spacious, well-kept, very bright and comfortable. The bathroom is nice and new. The apartment is beautiful, airy, bright and spacious, the kitchen is welcoming and equipped. In particular, I want to emphasize the availability, kindness and courtesy of Sandra: she was always ready to respond to our requests, we could easily agree on the check-in time and for the check-out I could stay until the morning, which was very useful for organizing the day. Mrs. Sandra was very kind and helpful. She was good company and suggested several places to visit in the city. The house was very clean and tidy and about a 15-minute walk from the center, in a very nice neighborhood. Gentile la proprietaria e disponibile, ma la nostra stanza era molto piccola, quasi angusta per due e non perfettamente pulita. Forse non era la stanza ideale per un letto matrimoniale, infatti non corrisponde alle foto proposte. Ci è dispiaciuto anche il fatto che non ci sia stato chiesto nulla in merito al nostro gradimento sul soggiorno.

B&B molto carino e pulito ma troppo rumore durante la colazione. Le camere sono vicinissime alla sala colazione e si sente tutto il rumore. Poi durante la colazione c'è stata tanta confusione, rumore e chiacchierate, sgradevole.

Le immagini sul sito sono ingannevoli, ma soprattutto la pulizia non esiste. Abbiamo dovuto con la carta igienica raccogliere la lana e ciuffi di capelli ovunque. Per non parlare della testata de letto in stoffa piena di polvere. Le consiglierei un'aspirapolvere e l'antimuffa.

Das Zimmer war sehr nett und kunstvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche hat einen spektakulären Blick auf die Berge. Sandra hat ein sehr leckeres Frühstück angerichtet und wertvolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Trient gegeben. Für meine nächste Fahrt nach Trient buche ich wieder B&B 120.

Der Aufenthalt bei Sandra war ganz wunderbar. Das Zimmer und die Aussicht vom Aufenthaltsraum auf die Berge war sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Sandra scheint zu zaubern, sie empfängt uns mit einem Lächeln, alles ist sauber, sie ist für alle da und erklärt alles. Wünsche werden unkompliziert erfüllt. Viele kleine nette Details, die von Sandra selbst kreiert sind machen den Besuch bei Sandra zu etwas Besonderem. Große Empfehlung.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil, die Parkplatzsuche. Besser ist es mit dem Zug anzureisen oder während der Woche, da dann mehr Parkplätze als am Wochenende zur Verfügung stehen.

Siamo state benissimo a casa di Sandra! Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto e lei è stata gentilissima a trovare una soluzione. Abbiamo alloggiato nel suo appartamento, in una doppia e una singola, che avevano il bagno in condivisione. Le stanze erano molto belle e pulitissime! Colazione ottima e varia. Anche la posizione era comoda, in una zona tranquilla e residenziale non lontana dal centro.
Sandra poi è veramente molto ospitale, ci sembrava di essere a casa di un'amica! Lo consiglio davvero!

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von dem BnB mit Charme und der netten Gastgeberin. Ein wunderbarer Einstieg in unseren Urlaub! Am nächsten Tag ging es in die Brenta Dolomiten weiter. Das gute und mit Liebe servierte und aufgedeckte Frühstück in dem schönen Frünstücksraum war ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel B&B e siamo stati stupendamente bene.
La camera è ampia e luminosissima; complice il bel tempo, abbiamo goduto di uno spettacolare panorama delle montagne. Il letto è molto comodo, di qualità.
La colazione è abbondante con buona scelta brioches e biscotti tipici del luogo.
La signora, gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha illustrato i percorsi migliori e gli itinerari di maggiore interesse, preservando allo stesso tempo quanto avevamo già pianificato; siamo così riusciti ad ottimizzare la nostra breve vacanza.
Senza dubbio torneremo e lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi.

Wir waren zu zweit, leider nur für eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Von außen sieht man dem Gebäude nicht unbedingt an, welchen Schatz es verbirgt, da die Wohnung in einem 6-7 stöckigen modernen Hochhaus auf der 6. Etage untergebracht ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch, geschmack- und kunstvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem und alles funktioniert, ist sauber und in Ordnung. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer separaten Garage unterstellen. Man hat aus dem Bett einen wunderbaren Blick über die Altstadt von Trento auf die dahinter liegende Gebirgskette. Die Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr charmant, bemüht und zuvorkommend und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Eigentlich wird das Frühstück in einem Raum im 5. Stock angeboten. Aber da wir sehr früh abfahren wollten, stand Sandra extra für uns früh auf und bot auf was ihre Küche her gab. Für uns war es der glanzvolle unvergessliche Auftakt einer Fahrradreise zurück nach Duisburg.

La nostra Associazione ha prenotato questa struttura per un relatore che ha partecipato ad una Tavola Rotonda da noi organizzata e che ora è in viaggio altrove, per cui difficilmente potrebbe rispondere a questa mail.
Possiamo confermare che l'ospite è stato molto contento della sua sistemazione e, anzi, ci ha raccomandato di utilizzarla senza alcun dubbio anche in altre occasioni associative. Ho dormito una notte in questo B&B, stanza grande e comoda, con un bel bagno grande. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato due notte in questo B&B e siamo stati benissimo. La signora Sandra è molto accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio.
