Description
Bed and Breakfast Villa La Bercia is located in a very quiet and green area of the town. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is the ideal place to relax. The property is next to a very nice and wide forest, where you can walk for hours.

The Family Management of the house favours a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and grants the maximum quality of the offered service, with care and attention to all those details among which the difference can be done between "a beautiful vacation" and one "unforgettable vacation".

The House is a typical South-Tyrolean Chalet, entirely covered with wood both externally and internally. The structure is composed of two floors plus the basement.

The Interior Design and furniture is charming and of best quality.

The lounge at the ground-floor is very large and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace, two big tables with the typical wooden benches, and sofa.

The Garden, ample and pleasant, with the beautiful lawn and the magnificent firs of many different varieties, the pines, the bushes of yellow daisy wheel, offer, especially in summer, pleasant times of relax.

The Rooms for the guests are located at the first floor and are all equipped with private bathroom with tab, balcony and or bowindow.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.75 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

B&B avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Hôtesse tes agréable et petit déjeuner copieux. Lieu très calme. Bon endroit pour se reposer et rayonner. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Esperienza in uno spazio familiare e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giovanna per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, ma anche ai vari familiari che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. Arrivando di domenica senza macchina abbiamo avuto problemi con le coincidenze dei pullman e il gestore ci è venuto a prendere in macchina, facendoci risparmiare ore di attesa e di camminata con i bagagli. È stato molto bello e vorremmo tornarci nuovamente con la bassa stagione.

Struttura circondata dal bosco, abbastanza caratteristica e apparentemente accogliente vista dall'esterno. Ma appena dentro ci si ricrede. Ambiente buio e tetro nonostante le giornate assolate, arredamenti in stile, ma vecchi e consumati. Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie in una camera opprimente, priva di finestre, in cui l'unica finestra, non apribile, si trovava nell'ambiente dietro la camera e con vista sul retro del bosco, con i bidoni della spazzatura in bella vista. Siamo stati spostati il giorno dopo, grazie alla cortesia della titolare, in un'altra camera, stavolta con balconata e vista sul bosco. Non esiste TV in alcuna stanza, tranne nel salone giù al piano terra, che tra l'altro è un ambiente in uso alla famiglia della stessa titolare, dove i componenti della famiglia vivevano e pranzavano. Nessuna privacy. E per finire, colazione non inclusa. Rapporto prezzo/qualità dei servizi decisamente alto. Intorno c'è di meglio a prezzi anche più bassi...

Il soggiorno in Villa la Bercia è stato incantevole! Di gestione familiare, è una bellissima e tipica casa di montagna dove i proprietari ci hanno accolto calorosamente. Le camere sono ben riscaldate e vengono pulite ogni giorno, la colazione è fantastica e la posizione buona per raggiungere piste da sci (cinque min in autobus, 10-15 min a piedi) e centro paese. Unico dettaglio, le porte e le pareti sono molto sottili e non aiutano chi ha il sonno leggero come me, ma nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto speciale. Se capita l’occasione torneremo super volentieri!

Struttura caratteristica altoatesina immersa nel bosco e allo stesso tempo a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro di San Vigilio. L’accoglienza, il calore e l’attenzione dei gestori nei confronti degli ospiti rendono la permanenza ideale per chi vuole trascorrere delle vacanze in montagna sentendosi a casa. Colazione top.

Struttura situata in una posizione eccezionale, vicina al centro del paese e, nello stesso tempo, immersa nel bosco, lontano dal traffico e dalla confusione dove si respirava aria pura e profumo di pino. Edificio costruito con pietre e legno per una architettura tipica in stile alto atesino originale montanaro e con ampio parcheggio per le autovetture. Ambiente pulito, confortevole, accogliente e molto familiare; la gestione improntata alla massima familiarità è stata squisita, calda, generosa, cordiale e molto disponibile per ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un grande ringraziamento alla signora Giovanna e a suo fratello Giulio, senza dimenticare i loro figli, che ci hanno consentito di trascorrere una vacanza piacevolissima, siamo stati oltremodo soddisfatti io, mia moglie ed il nostre cane, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Raccomando questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza in una zona meravigliosa della nostra Italia.

È da quattro anni che alloggiamo alla Villa la Bercia e siamo sempre stati molto bene. Il posto è molto caratteristico ed accogliente. La posizione è molto bella in quanto si trova proprio al confine con il bosco. Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Per la colazione la titolare su richiesta prepara ottime uova con lo speck. È consigliato per trascorrere stupende giornate in un ambiente familiare.

Se vi piacciono le case in legno, questo bed and breakfast fa per voi. La struttura in legno è tipica della zona. L'accoglenza è stata ottima, come pure la colazione (abbondante e variegata) e la pulizia. Vi consiglio di farci una sosta.
