Your Bed and Breakfast at Brunico - A century-old manor house makes a fresh start
Years have passed since the Niedermairhof last received guests within its ancient walls. The bed and breakfast (B&B) at Brunico in South Tyrol has now thoughtfully restored the old manor house, blending tradition with modern style and now proudly presents eight spacious deluxe rooms.
Each room in our Boutique B&B has been individually decorated and we have paid minute attention to preserve old structures while introducing contemporary elements. We set out to create rooms which each represent a special part of the estate. Its fields and pastures have now become an integral part of the building and each room has taken on its own unique flair.
Spend an inspiring holiday in a homely yet lavish surrounding and savour a genuine home-made breakfast. The lovely peace and quiet of the house itself with its thick walls and the garden will be sure to reverberate during your stay and long after. You are free to use our meeting room for a stimulating business or learning surrounding. An elevator and barrier-free rooms allow you to move easily throughout the house. Please ask in which room your pets are welcome.

We are a young family of four, whose dream it was to breathe new life into our ancestral home, the historic mansion Niedermairhof in Brunico.
And here we are, adding another chapter to its inspiring memoirs. We have tried our best to preserve the flair of days gone by that roams the airy hallways while coupling it with extravagant contemporary features and luxurious treats for the eyes and soul.
We have a soft spot for the arts, be it painting, sculpture or music. We read, talk and daydream by the pond.
We are curious by nature, and appreciate a chat with our friends and guests over a glass of homemade juice.
And we simply enjoy sharing all this with our kids. This is what took us down the road to open a B&B, allowing some family time in the afternoon and evening.

Structure of great charm, very clean and tidy, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Kathrin welcoming and friendly, not skiing we relied on her valuable advice to make the most of our stay from all points of view.

La struttura si trova a pochissimi km da Brunico, raggiungibile in 2 minuti di macchina. È stata molto semplice da trovare grazie alle indicazioni. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. In questo caso, viaggiando con una persona con difficoltà motorie, ci è stata data una camera al piano colazione molto ampia e confortevole. La struttura è veramente bellissima, ben arredata mixando oggetti di design con elementi recuperati dalla struttura originaria.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. Spero di tornarci presto. Ringrazio i proprietari per la gentilezza.

Struttura molto bella e raffinata. Gusto per le cose belle ed intelligente recupero di spazi e materiali. Accoglienza meravigliosa. Gentilezza e garbo sono i padroni di casa. Colazione ogni giorno con cose diverse e marmellate fatte in casa. Siamo stati davvero bene. Torneremo, speriamo presto.
