Our Bed & Breakfast is situated near the S. Cristina village centre in the heart of the Dolomites.

Our rooms have a flat screen sat-tv and free Wifi.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM

We spent a very good time in the B&B Kaserer. The location is really great to visit the region of Ortisei and you can travel by bus. The host is welcoming and really helpfull to find the best activities for everyone. The room is great and cute with a beautiful view and the beakfast is tasty. I recomand it without any hesitation.

I stayed at B&B Kaserer for four nights in January with my husband and 17 year old son. We loved our stay there and felt completely at home. We had one room with an ensuite and beautiful view out over the town and mountains. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom spacious, with lovely hot shower - very welcome after a long day skiing. Breakfast was delicious with a range of cereal, bread, cold meats/cheese, sweet cake and coffee. The owner, Klaus, was helpful at every stage - responding to all our queries in a timely manner and welcoming us to the hotel with information and even giving us a lift from the bus stop. His mother in law, Erna, was delightful. She served breakfast every morning with smiles and made us feel really at home. The B&B is on top of a hill, which gives it lovely views. There is a bus which goes down to the town, but we usually tacked the steep walk back up the hill, which we didn't mind at all. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B nella settimana di ferragosto. Il titolare Klaus e sua mamma sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno consigliato i percorsi da intraprendere e sono stati molto pazienti con noi che eravamo in compagnia di un piccolo terremoto di 1 anno. Posizione spettacolare con vista sul Sasso Lungo e colazioni super.
