Located on a hill, in the Povo area (fraction of Trento, 3km from the city centre).

In Povo you can find: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, pizzeria, bank, tobacconist. In addition, there is also the university. The area is mountainous where it is possible to spend the day walking around Passo del Cimirlo and Rifugio Maranza. The attic apartment is arranged over a floor of 56 m2 with a double bedroom and a single bed, a living room with kitchen and sofa and a bathroom. Finally, 250 meters from the house there is a bus stop with which you can reach Trento.
