The days we spent were fantastic. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel at home, all the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very clean apartment, equipped with all appliances (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge), complete service with towels, sheets, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, dish soap. Bus stop in front of the property with buses every 30 minutes. The owner is precise and available to meet customer needs.

We are very happy! The apartment was spacious and provided with everything, they also accepted our Labrador without any problem! The manager was always available for any information in very short times, if we have the opportunity we will definitely come back!

We were warmly welcomed by Fabian who remained at our disposal for any questions. The apartment was clean, spacious, bright, and equipped with everything! \nThe location is excellent and you can even take the bus (free for tourists) right in front of the Hotel. \nOn foot, you can go down to Rasun di Sotto or take the path of the Biotope. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful structure with an external balcony overlooking a breathtaking panorama, parquet flooring and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including heating. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable: the kitchen is equipped with everything needed, such as tablecloth, dishes, kettle, microwave, hob, etc. The two bedrooms are obviously furnished with clean sheets, blankets, and duvet. In the living room (which also serves as the children's room) there was a sofa bed with a large screen TV with DVD player, the large and clean bathroom with shower and bathtub, complete with all the necessary towels and a hairdryer (even toilet paper). The furniture is quite new and the apartment seems recently renovated. Moreover, there is everything needed for cleaning, like a vacuum cleaner, buckets, brooms, and cloths. It must be said that we were almost always out to enjoy the wonders of the place, but coming back felt like returning to our home. The manager Fabian was very helpful and kind to us, he gave us very useful tips... what else can I say? Highly recommended! Mancini Family, Piccinni.

Everything perfect! We stayed at Appartamenti Residence Montana *** with our ten-month-old son. Despite the particular summer marked by the COVID emergency, there were no inconveniences, on the contrary: everything was perfectly clean upon our arrival. We managed to do the online check-in thanks to the availability of the manager Fabian and they also accepted the holiday bonus! We absolutely recommend it for families, couples, or groups of friends. The location is great and everyone is welcoming and kind.

Tyrolean style residence. Cleanliness and attention to guests are the top priorities! Hospitality is a key feature here, and the Sushster-Delussu Family made us feel immediately welcome! Beautiful central structure with services and the kindness of the owners truly unique and rare. Convenient parking in front of the residence. Highly recommended for families with children, elderly people, etc. Beautiful valley with the possibility of reaching Plan de Corones, Brunico, Dobbiaco, San Candido in a few minutes. Bicycle rental in Rasun di Sotto with a bike path. Excellent excursions. Go there, you will not regret it.
