Description

Our house which ospitates two apartments, one for 2/3 persons and one for 4/6 persons is located around 10 minutes from the centre of Selva and the ski lifts of the Sellaronda, in a quiet and very sunny area. You also enjoy a beautiful view to the Sella and the Sassolungo mountains.

Parking for you car and free fiber Internet available.

In winter there is a free use ski-bus-service starting near our house (3 min) to bring you to the ski lifts of the Sellaronda.

Our guests receive the “Val Gardena Mobil Card” to have free use of all buses in winter as in summer.

The stays are usually of a whole week from Saturday on, shorter stays are available upon request and in the postseason.

The local tax is not included in the price.

If you spend 3 days with us, we will give you day number 4 for free, and if you spend 6 days with us, we will give you 2 extra days at no additional cost.

In the ski schools you will receive private tuition (3 consecutive hours) - for the price of 2.

Hi, I'm Andreas and since 2015 I've been working as an apartment renter. Right from the start I was able to meet new people who came to visit Val Gardena to discover the wonders of the valley where I grew up. Of course, I can help you with information on summer excursions and the beautiful places to visit in Val Gardena.

I also hope that you like the furniture of the apartments carved by hand by me personally, in fact I learned the art of wood carving by trade and so at the opening of the rent business I took the opportunity first to choose the wood of Swiss pine that releases a relaxing scent and secondly to carve beautiful alpine flowers along with other decorations in the furniture for my guests.

Very kind and helpful hosts, beautiful panoramic view, no need for a car thanks to the complimentary tickets from the owners, so no pollution. We will come back!

Great facility, very clean and very close to the city center. Quiet location. Excellent WiFi and equipped with satellite TV. What I appreciated the most is the view.

We stayed in the small ground floor apartment, me, my husband, and my 3-year-old son. The apartment was very clean, with a new and fully equipped kitchen, a completely renovated bathroom even though without a window, with a perfect ventilation system, and a super spacious shower. The view, well, what can I say, I think the best in Selva! Owners were very kind, discreet, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The location of the property is very easy to reach, with a spectacular view. The apartment is very clean and well-structured, with bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Great for families with children too. From here, you can reach all the fantastic tourist attractions in the Dolomites. If I could give a rating, I would give 1000. The hosts are also very good, open and always ready to help. Fantastic. A round of applause for them.

I stayed here at Apartments Udera for a weekend with my partner. The place is spectacular, completely immersed in nature, and you can feel an absolute peace. A few minutes' walk away, you can take hiking trails in the very suggestive forest, and within a kilometer, you can find excellent restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with every comfort, spotlessly clean, and impeccable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The owner is kind and helpful. Definitely a great experience to break away from the routine and relax.

The structure is located in a great position. The most beautiful part, besides the cleanliness of the apartment, was the magnificent view that can be seen from the terrace. The Bauer Family was friendly and professional, welcoming us impeccably, giving us a mini tour of the house and recommending where to take walks with a two-year-old girl. It was a fantastic vacation. Definitely worth going back.

The environment, as well as the managers, are welcoming and emit warmth. We stayed in the apartment for 2 people and it is comfortable for a maximum of 2 people. The managers love cleanliness, are not intrusive, and respect privacy. We really appreciated their behavior, the cleanliness, and the access to the property. Furthermore, the building is conveniently located to all walking trails.

We stayed at Apartments Udera with the Bauer family during Christmas week. The apartment was spotless, perfect for our family of three, and just a hundred meters from the ski bus stop, which takes you to the ski slopes in 5 minutes. It is warm and welcoming, recently renovated, facing south, offering an unbeatable view of Sassolungo and the village, just a 10-minute walk away. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has large and comfortable beds, both double and single, both built by Mr. Andreas and a large wardrobe. The bathroom, with a hairdryer, has a large and comfortable shower. The kitchen is new, spacious, and perfectly equipped with every utensil. A big thanks to Andreas and Helga, whom we still thank for their great kindness, availability, and hospitality, with the hope of being their guests again soon.

We stayed in Selva di Val Gardena, hosted at the Udera Apartments in via Daunei n°25. The location of the house allowed us to enjoy a wonderful view of the Sasso Lungo and Sella Group, and the village from above. The climb up via Daunei prepared us for walks. The discretion and availability of the Bauers was excellent.

Cozy apartment with a great view (apartment for 6 people). Location: - Nives ski lift, shopping opportunities, restaurants, and Wolkenstein town center within a few minutes' walk. - The great view is due to the hillside location - so from Wolkenstein, there are also some steep climbs. - Skiers: there is a ski bus stop near the house (departure times are posted in the apartment / free, as you are equipped with the Gröden Mobility Card). Alternatively or additionally, you can also rent a locker for skis, ski boots, and helmets at "Skidepot Walter". Apartment: - everything as described and visible on the website pictures. - each bedroom also has a sink - sufficient closet capacities available - great view of Wolkenstein and the Val Gardena valley from the beautiful balcony (which adjoins two of the three bedrooms) Otherwise: - very nice landlords - all necessary information for the stay is available in the apartment (e.g. ski bus schedule, information on shopping opportunities). Conclusion: highly recommended. We liked it and made us want to come back.

Having stayed in Apartments for skiing holidays in previous years in Str Puez & Str Larciunei in previous holidays, we booked Apartments Udera as it was much cheaper although it seemed to be quite a lot further away from the slopes & restaurants in Selva. However, the free ski bus is 2 minutes walk from the front door & the walk into Selva only takes 10 minutes. We stayed in the 1Br apartment which was very warm & comfortable, even through a really cold snap in January 2017. Recommended!
