For one night it was fine, but the second room was a very low attic space, risky when getting up from the bed. The shower towels were very small, not even suitable for children. I reiterate that, however, for sleeping there for one night it was fine.

The toilets and bathroom are shared with the whole floor, unfortunately it's the same room. It's not very practical.

Buon giorno, la ringrazio della recensione, ma le faccio presente che il bagno in comune lo sapeva già da un mese prima dell' arrivo che era così, quindi non può essere una pregiudiziale per la valutazione. Se non lo voleva, poteva prenotare una camera col bagno privato e oggi mi avrebbe lasciato un voto da 5 stelle. Saluti.

The room is clean but very basic. A television keeps you company if it is winter and you do not go out much. Room 15 is spacious and the bathroom is large with one small problem: there are no windows that open and there is no extractor fan for unpleasant odors.

I was traveling for work and the location has an excellent quality-price ratio. Being close to the bus stop was very useful for reaching the center of Bolzano.

Great accommodation for a short stopover. A bit sparsely furnished, but everything necessary was available. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not completely clean and the air conditioning was dripping on the bed.

We booked for 3 nights. Correct room with air conditioning, but shared bathroom with toilet inside for 5 or 6 rooms, so difficult to access and very quickly extremely dirty. No reception and communication not always easy with the owners.

Ci spiace, ma che avevate il bagno in comune lo sapevate già dalla prenotazione, quindi non potete farne una colpa a noi, la colpa è vostra che potevate prenotare un nostro appartamento completo di bagno e cucina. La comunicazione con noi è facilissima, basta scrivere su WhatsApp o telefonarci e noi rispondiamo subito, quindi non capisco questa difficoltà. grazie.

In the descriptions of the room it was written that there was also a sofa or sofa bed and there was none. There was also a large terrace, but there was none. The complimentary bathroom products were not there. There were some used open salt and oil. The double bed and the single bed were placed in the same room and, in addition to zero privacy, it was difficult to move around. The room was small. The shower was very small and without a step and the water fell on the floor. Given how small the bathroom was, if you placed a rug in front of the shower to prevent water from spilling out, you could not open the door. The air conditioner is in the living room, so the cool air does not reach the bedroom. We were three people and there was a wardrobe with only one door for three people for five days. Then we had to sleep on top of the bedspread, so we had nothing to cover ourselves if it was cold, because when we uncovered the bed to lie down, there were hair and fur in the bed. The keys opened both the apartment and the stairs door of the building, so it means that all the apartments have the same key. The entrance to the parking lot is small and inconvenient and if you have a low car, you touch the ground. We communicated all this immediately to the guy from the apartment, but he did not show up. We had to spend the days like this, with hair in the bed! I also have the photos.

The structure is quite close to the center with a convenient bus to reach it. Recently renovated rooms are fairly clean, a bit minimal regarding furniture and furnishings. Negative note is the cleanliness of the balconies, perhaps because they are installing the air conditioning, but still a wipe with a rag would not hurt. The paid parking space is convenient. Overall acceptable but definitely improvable for the potential of the structure.

Buon giorno, del bagno in comune lo sapeva prima di prenotare, se voleva il bagno privato bastava che prenotava uno dei nostri appartamenti, ed aveva a disposizione il bagno solo per lei. Alla mattina noi facciamo le pulizie anche del bagno e se ci entrasse appena fatte, lo troverebbe lindo. Col bagno in comune c' è la possibilità di trovare ospiti che non se ne fregano minimamente degli altri, lasciando il bagno sporco, ma non è colpa nostra. Il voto al gestore, solo 5, mi sembra basso, non avendo avuto nessuna richiesta da parte sua da esaudire. Forse la prossima volta che prenota, legga bene la tipologia delle camere. da noi è scritto sul titolo della camera; bagno condiviso, quindi non abbiamo minimamente voglia di scrivere falsità.
