In Trentino, among palm trees, olive trees and vines, in the charming town of Arco, our 3 apartments Castello, Pichea, Stivo are located under the medieval castle (20 minutes on foot), a stone's throw from the Duomo, the most famous climbing walls and from the main hospitals and nursing homes of the city (Eremo, Regina, San Pancrazio and Ospedale Civile).

Apartments Arco in Centro Stivo inaugurated at Easter 2017 (Former B&B) and transformed in 2022 into an apartment for up to 8 people, is located on the first floor of a villa with garden, has a terrace for breakfast or relaxation on the passage of the entrance area of ??the The building overlooking the castle and inside houses three double bedrooms with names of the natural beauties of the area (Monte Baldo, Colodri and Benàco original name of Lake Garda), one also with sink, two bathrooms, a corridor, a kitchen and a parking space in the garden;
Apartments Arco in Centro Pichea inaugurated in 2021 apartment for up to 4 people, is located on the second floor of a villa with garden, has two balconies for breakfast or relaxation with a view of the Pichea mountain range, consists of entrance hall, large living room, kitchen with sofa double bed, bathroom, hallway, bedroom with walk-in closet and a parking space in the garden;

Apartments Arco in Centro is surrounded by many public parks, in particular by the historic Arboretum (former park of Archduke Albert of Austria, patron of the City's celebrity at the Austrian Court, dating back to 1872), as well as being able to enjoy the proximity of numerous gardens in the historic centre.

In just 5 km you can touch the shores of Lake Garda and its beaches, which can also be reached by bike, thanks to the many cycle paths in the area that create relaxing and interesting cycling itineraries.

Arco, the world capital of free climbing and more (biking, trekking, Nordic walking, etc.), offers all types of services dedicated to sportsmen and women: climbing stadium, Olympic swimming pool, and much more. The offer is completed by the various specialized shops with the latest trends, restaurants and bars (a visit to the Caffè Casinò is a must) suitable for every taste and palate.

Apartments Arco in Centro Castello inaugurated in 2021 apartment for max 2 people, is located on the second floor, has two balconies for breakfast or relaxation overlooking the Castle, consists of entrance hall, kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom, hallway and bedroom.

The kitchens of the apartments are equipped with everything needed for cooking (pans, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.), induction hobs, extractor hoods, standard refrigerators, book toaster ovens and microwave ovens and/or grills. There is an air conditioner in every room, including the kitchen, and a hairdryer is also provided.

There is a garage for bikes, windsurfs and a possible place in the garden for motorbikes according to availability.

Linen included in the price: bed, bathroom, kitchen.

The cleaning costs are 50, 60, 90 euros depending on the apartment and are not included in the price per night.

There are no products for cleaning the house or the person, as required by law.

RESTRICTIONS
Pets are not allowed due to allergies of a family member.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

Children under 12 are not allowed.

CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
CHECK IN: from 17. 00 to 19. 00 (for arrivals at other times, make arrangements in advance)
CHECK OUT: until 10. 00 on the day of departure (other times will be accepted only with prior agreement and/or with a possible charge)
PAYMENTS
Within 2 days of our confirmation a bank transfer must be made for a deposit of 50% (unless otherwise agreed for 100%) of the total cost of the stay.

Any balance will be paid in cash at check in (on arrival). No credit or debit cards.

CANCELLATION
Free cancellation within the 15th day of arrival.

Cancellation from the 14th day to the 3rd day before arrival, 1 night or 25% will be charged.

Cancellation from the 2nd day before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay.

No show/no show or early departure, full amount of stay will be charged.

Italian law provides for the signing of a rental contract, for this reason the identity documents of all residents must be sent maximum 2 days before arrival, to complete the contract, send it for information and find it printed at check-in to be able to sign it and to obtain the keys.
