Description
The Agriturismo Florandonole is located in Fai della Paganella, on a plateau that overlooks the Adige Valley and the Rotaliana Plain, renowned for its production of the fine Teroldego wine. Scenic and easy-to-navigate trails surround the village, while the Paganella stands as the vibrant heart of Trentino; from its summit, you can enjoy breathtaking views! This charming agriturismo features six rooms decorated in a blend of modern and alpine styles, where the scent and colors of antique wood create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Soft fabrics made of felted wool and linen further enhance the spaces, adding a touch of elegance and comfort.
Every morning, you can look forward to a hearty, wholesome breakfast made with fresh ingredients, served with care and accompanied by honey, the agriturismo's main product. You can also purchase honey and other goods at the Piccola Bottega del Florandonole.
We would be delighted to make your stay unforgettable by suggesting excursions in our beautiful mountains, both in summer and winter, in the Adamello Brenta Park and various sites of historical and artistic interest that Trentino Alto Adige has to offer. Additionally, we can recommend the best locations for spa treatments and where to find relaxation in the wellness centers of our nearby friends. The same applies to lunch and dinner: the agriturismo offers breakfast service and afternoon tea time, while for the main meals, we would be happy to point you to numerous interesting restaurants that cater to every need.

Breakfast
At the Florandonole agriturismo, we offer a traditional Italian breakfast, featuring a carefully selected buffet. Our offerings include honey produced on-site, homemade jams and preserves, as well as fresh fruit juices, cakes, tarts, pastries, and cookies. We serve fresh milk from a nearby farm, along with yogurt, butter, and much more, all showcasing the typical flavors of the Trentino region, complemented by some special delicacies to sample. Breakfast is served in a dedicated room on the ground floor, and weather permitting, guests can also enjoy it outdoors on the terrace or in the garden during the warmer months. We pay special attention to preparing meals suitable for gluten-free guests upon request.

My name is Lucia, and I come from Fai della Paganella. I love my hometown and the nature we live in. We know we are fortunate, and we genuinely enjoy sharing this joy with our guests!
Our farm is multifunctional, which means we also engage in agritourism, sell our products directly, conduct educational activities, and strive to enhance the tourism potential while contributing to the rural development of the area.
By definition, a farm produces food, which is essential for life, but it also fosters relationships—with the land and with people. We are passionate about our work, both on the farm and in agritourism.
Every day, the bees teach us that relationships and the ability to live and work together are our greatest resources. The beauty of dawn, a flower blooming in spring, the birth of a calf in a neighbor's barn, and the songs of birds as the rain stops remind us that wonder is the driving force of the heart and soul, bringing us closer to God.
Sharing stories about our work, recognizing and distinguishing our herbs and honeys by their extraordinary scents, and joyfully preparing the delightful breakfasts we offer is our mission.

Area countryside
The agriturismo Florandonole is located just a short walk from the square in Fai della Paganella (958 meters) at the gateway to the Brenta Dolomites. Set in the countryside, from April, it is surrounded by vast stretches of green meadows, further on offering views of the Adige Valley and the lower Adige area, with the Brenta Dolomites as our backdrop: to the south, the unmistakably flat-topped Paganella (2,125 meters); to the west, the Fausior (1,554 meters) with its cross at the viewpoint overlooking the entire village. From October to November, the landscape gears up for the colder months, as the dense autumn light tells the story of passing time. Winter arrives like a soft, shiny white satin drape that covers everything: nature falls asleep. Now, the ski slopes of Paganella take shape in preparation for the opening of the ski circuit. In March, timidly, the first flowers appear next to the last blocks of ice, heralding the arrival of spring! How delightful it is to feel the warmth of the sun after months of biting cold; soon, colors will dominate as Mother Nature begins to awaken. Bees will discover the flowers, and honey will once again be the sweetness that accompanies us through this endless cycle.
