Description

Brentari family's farmhouse with 5 rooms and breakfast service in Val di Non, a small valley in the heart of Trentino.

Wood is the main feature in every room, from the floor to the ceiling to the furniture, you can even breathe its fresh scent. You can also enjoy the view of the Brenta Dolomites and the Maddalene group thanks to the large covered balcony present in almost all rooms.

After a restorative sleep, every morning when you wake up there will be a rich buffet waiting for you! There will never be a shortage of strudel or soft apple pie, typical local biscuits, carrot muffins, jam tarts and delicious freshly baked brioches..obviously all the cakes are home-made by Cinzia's skilled hands. But it doesn't end here because breakfast is also savoury. You can taste all the traditional cold cuts of our region such as Trentino speck, smoked coppa, lucanica and salami, but above all the famous 'mortandelà. The 'mortandelà is a historical sausage of the Non Valley with a strong flavour and still made by hand. In the Non Valley there are only 6 producers of this tasty sausage and one of them is in Coredo.

To accompany these delicacies you will always find on your table a bottle of fresh juice from our apples, which we have been cultivating for more than 20 years. You will also be spoilt for choice when it comes to hot drinks: in addition to a good steaming coffee, you can choose from ginseng, barley, cappuccino, latte macchiato, lemon tea and hot chocolate.

You will have realised by now: a hearty and tasty breakfast is one of our strengths! Breakfast time is from 8. 00 to 9. 30 a. m. but don't worry, we have also thought of you who love getting up early in the morning by giving you the possibility to book an early breakfast.

The farmhouse is located in Coredo, a small mountain village of about 1500 people nestled in the flowery Val di Non. Coredo offers everything you need to spend your holiday in relaxation and entertainment: there is a cinema-theatre that is always up-to-date with the latest films, a pharmacy, several food shops where you can find typical local products, and finally numerous bars, ice-cream parlours, pastry shops and restaurants.
Val di Non offers trekking routes, of varying levels, immersed in nature such as the path that leads from the Viale dei Sogni, in the Due laghi locality, to the well-known San Romedio sanctuary. Don't miss the charming Lake Tovel, one of the most beautiful lakes in Trentino, and Lake Santa Giustina, equipped with sunbeds and a beach bar.
Children can have fun in the playgrounds dedicated to them, such as the Sores Park adventure park.
Lovers of extreme sports can choose between rafting or paragliding in the nearby Val di Sole or canyoning on the Rio Novella. While in case of bad weather, why not visit one of the numerous castles in Val di Non, such as Castel Thun or one of the most famous museums such as the Muse in Trento, the Mart in Rovereto or the Rhaetian Museum?
