Description

Our Zero Room & Breakfast facility is located on the second floor of an ancient building and about 150 meters from Palermo's central train station. The Zero Room & Breakfast has 3 double bedrooms which both share the breakfast area.

Free public parking on the public street. (In Via Rosario Gregorio)
The Zero Room & Breakfast was completely renovated in 2015. All rooms are furnished in a modern style and equipped with all the necessary services for short periods. Equipped with a double bed with memory foam mattress, double pillows and goose down topper. We have two rooms with en-suite bathrooms and one room with a private but external bathroom. Shower with LED lights for chromotherapy, hairdryer, mirror, WC and bidet.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a 32-inch LED smart TV, a desk with chair, a two-door wardrobe for clothes and a minibar. All rooms have a balcony.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire structure with fiber optics. Access to the room is with the traditional key. The main door of the building can be opened from a keypad with a secret code provided at the time of booking or check-in.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is generally served from 8: 00 to 9: 30 in the common area adjacent to the room. Furthermore there is the possibility of having lunch or dinner using the table in the breakfast area.

The Zero Room & Breakfast is located in the center of Palermo and for this reason it is served by the major delivery players such as (JustEat, SocialFood, Delivero, UberEat, Glovo, etc.).

Free internet point in an exclusive and reserved area, with the possibility of printing tickets or documents at no cost. (Laser printer for A4 format prints in B/W)

Breakfast at Zero Room & Breakfast is Italian and international.

We serve cappuccino, coffee, tea, cereals, jams, fresh bread, fruit juices and much more sweet stuff. Scrambled and soft-boiled eggs, toast, sliced cold meats and seasonal fruit.

Depending on one's needs, I can also offer alternatives according to length of stay or intolerances.

Breakfast is served daily from 8: 00 to 9: 30 a. m. in the area adjacent to the rooms. On request, breakfast can be served in your room at no extra charge.

Area Stazione Centrale

Zero Room & Breakfast is located at Via Paolo Balsamo, 22 and is practically opposite the TRAM terminus. The central train station is 150 metres from the front door of the building. The area is safe even though it is in a multi-ethnic area being close to the central station. It is ideal for those who also want to reach different Sicilian cities as the Pullman station is 200 metres from Zero Room & Breakfast. Inside the central train station there is MC Donald's, Bar and Tabacchi. There are also several restaurants and bars near Zero Room & Breakfast, including "DA CICCIO" the ice-cream parlour in Corso dei Mille (2 minutes from our facility) and Zangaloro located in Piazza Giulio Cesare next to the central train station, where you can eat excellent grilled meat. A few minutes' walk from Zero room & Breakfast are the markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria. We would also like to point out that in the central station area there are all the companies for renting scooters to get around Palermo.

I stayed only one night. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. I had a little balcony in the room. The international breakfast, which I could not enjoy due to my morning commitments, was very varied and abundant. Highly recommended.

Very good quality/price ratio and a good breakfast with very friendly staff. One suggestion: in the bathroom it would be necessary to provide something to hang the shower towels and in the room a coat rack.

I spent a beautiful weekend in Palermo and I used this bed and breakfast for its convenience due to its proximity to the station, having arrived by train. The structure is ancient but pleasantly and modernly renovated and furnished inside. Welcoming and helpful staff. Perfect cleanliness. Abundant breakfast. Pleasant setting of the breakfast area. The only "flaw" for me is the absence of an elevator. But overall, a beautiful bed and breakfast for my next stay in Palermo.

The two service girls were always very friendly and attentive. Especially pleasant was that here pastries, coffee and tea were available all day at no extra cost. The location directly at the main station is also ideal, you can explore the city center very well on foot from here. Otherwise, buses, trains and trams are right outside the door and public transport is also very cheap here, currently (04/24) 3.50€ for a day ticket. The value for money of this B&B is exceptionally good and therefore I highly recommend it.
