Recently built semi-detached villa located in a flat area, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Levanzo.
The area is cool and always breezy, fully enclosed by dry stone walls and an entrance gate. It features trees, green shrubs, typical plants, and plenty of space around, including options for barbecues with a modern grill and parking available within the property.
The villa comprises two apartments, each measuring 50 square meters, with independent entrances. Each apartment has a covered veranda equipped with a table and outdoor chairs for al fresco dining, as well as loungers for relaxation.
The fully furnished apartments consist of: a spacious double bedroom, a living room with a color TV and a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette with a four-burner stove, a fridge-freezer, and a bathroom with a shower, all equipped with hairdryers, mosquito nets, and access to a washing machine. There’s also the possibility of an outdoor shower after the beach.
The town center and beaches (Cala Rossa, Lido Burrone, Cala Azzurra) are easily accessible, just a 5-minute bike ride away, with traditional rental bikes available.

The structure was presented to me by a friend and I went without hesitation. Being picky, the only downside for me was the mattress a bit too soft, but it's just a matter of habit.
