Pleasant structure, located in a part of the old fishermen's village of San Gregorio, discreetly secluded, just enough to be immersed in the greenery and silence that surrounds it but at the same time a few steps from the beach. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The host/owner (choose the term with which you prefer to be defined) is always available and will make you feel at home, welcoming you with all the warmth that distinguishes the inhabitants of this beautiful seaside town. We have been to this property twice in recent years, it was a pleasure to find the availability of Silvio. Villa Zio Ciccio is located a hundred meters from the beach of San Gregorio, right above the hotel la Tartaruga. Very convenient location both for tranquility and for the possibility of free parking. The rooms, with a slightly low ceiling, clean, with a comfortable bed, are still equipped with a small fridge, wardrobe, air conditioning, and TV; the attached bathroom with shower offers excellent comfort for a stay in the beautiful location of Capo d'Orlando.
Outside, the large common areas and the availability of the kitchen to prepare food, warm a baby bottle, etc., in addition to a gazebo where you can dine or relax a bit, complete the offer of this property.
Silvio, always attentive and prompt to requests, has always been kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.
