Villa Zio Ciccio is a lodging facility surrounded by greenery, located above the beautiful bay of San Gregorio. It was created by the owner's desire to share his house with his guests.

La struttura è ben collocata (5 min. a piedi per la spiaggia!), ampio terrazzo e camera pulitissima e con un piccolissimo frigo. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Struttura piacevole, situata in una parte del vecchio borgo dei pescatori di San Gregorio, discretamente defilata, quanto basta per essere immersi nel verde e nel silenzio che la circonda ma allo stesso tempo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti. Il padrone di casa/proprietario (scegli tu il termine con il quale preferisci essere definito) è sempre disponibile e vi farà sentire a casa, accogliendovi con tutto il calore con cui si contraddistinguono gli abitanti di questa bellissima località di mare. Siamo stati in questa struttura 2 volte negli ultimi anni, è stato un piacere ritrovare la disponibilità di Silvio. La Villa si trova ad un centinaio di metri dalla spiaggia di San Gregorio, ubicata proprio sopra l'hotel la Tartaruga. Posizione comodissima sia per la tranquillità che per la possibilità di parcheggio libero. Le stanze dal tetto un po' basso, pulite, con un letto comodo sono comunque dotate di piccolo frigo, guardaroba, condizionatore e tv, bagno annesso con doccia offrono ottimo comfort per un soggiorno nella bella località di Capo d'Orlando.
All'esterno gli ampi spazi comuni, la disponibilità della cucina per preparare cibi, scaldare un biberon etc, oltre ad un gazebo dove poter cenare o rilassarsi un po' completano l'offerta di questa struttura.
Silvio, sempre attento e tempestivo alla richieste si è sempre mostrato gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.
