The Residence Villa Scaduto hotel is located in Bagheria (Palermo), a charming baroque-style center on the beautiful Tyrrhenian coast, 10 km east of the Gulf of Palermo. It is also close to the picturesque fishing village of Aspra and its small port. The building hosting the hotel is an ancient noble villa of the Scaduto Barons, carefully restored to maintain the atmosphere of the past. The hotel has 13 studio apartments, accommodating 1 to 4 people, including a comfortable and welcoming room for disabled guests. The rooms are equipped with a complete kitchenette, including dishes, pots, and tablecloths, elegantly furnished and supplied with bed and bath linen, with daily cleaning, air conditioning, LED TV, Wi-Fi connection, minibar, safe, and hairdryer.

The structure is very beautiful, new and functional furnishings, strategic position compared to Palermo, the sea and the highway. Excellent internal parking. Excellent breakfast. The only flaw is the slightly outdated bathroom with a not very functional shower. I hope it will soon be brought up to the level of the rest of the structure.

La struttura è ubicata in zona ben servita, ottima struttura per chi deve andare al Dipartimento Rizzoli,
I gestori sono gentilissimi, le camere, la pulizia, i servizi, non meno di un hotel 4 stelle. La colazione ottima è abbondante con un buffet ricco di crouasant, frutta fresca e tanto altro, Continental e English Breakfast. Lo consiglio vivamente.
