Just 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the charming seaside village, we offer you 5 new bright and comfortable double rooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, safe, Wi-Fi, TV and use of the kitchen (exclusively for coffee, herbal teas, tea and preparing/heating children's meals).

Brand new structure, very very beautiful in front of the beach and 3 minutes from the town center. Room really cozy, comfortable and above all clean. We will definitely return... thank you Andora for your kindness.

Small room, the electrical system does not allow keeping cool as the electricity cuts off when you leave the room.

Mi dispiace ma da regolamento della struttura non è possibile lasciare il condizionatore acceso (nuovissimo con 3 mesi di vita) anche quando si esce di casa per uscire o andare al mare per diverse ore. Reputiamo sia spreco di energia. Siete stati comunque ospiti corretti e siamo stati comunque felici di avervi ospitato.

Brand new property, right in front of Marzamemi beach and less than 5 minutes walk from the heart of Marzamemi. Mr. Vincenzo, the guesthouse owner, was very kind and welcoming. The room where I slept was very clean. Highly recommended!!! I will be back soon.
