Description
Villa Rosa is located in Marina Lunga facing the sea 7 minutes from the historic center and the port of Lipari.

It has comfortable and clean rooms, all with bathroom, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning with cold or hot air, equipped with bed linen and towels.

The property has a large common area for guests to find the free WiFi area.

Private parking for cars and motorcycles and authorization is issued to enter the island of Lipari with your own vehicle.

Our location is also ideal for boaters given the proximity to the floating docks of Marina Lunga and Porto Pignataro.

A few meters from the property there is a bar-tobacconist and restaurants.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had the room with a kitchen on the terrace overlooking the sea. Stunning is an understatement. I loved my week, it even felt a bit like home. If I were to return to Lipari, I would definitely call them.

La struttura è posizionata vicino al porto e vicino al centro. Gentilissima la signora Isabella e buona la pulizia. Ottimo soggiorno.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia a Villa Rosa in una stanza quadrupla. La nostra stanza aveva la cucina in veranda, cosa utilissima per preparare la colazione ed eventualmente altri pasti. Eccellente la pulizia della struttura con cambio lenzuola ed asciugamani ogni tre giorni. La vicinanza al porto ed al centro di Lipari è un punto di forza perché si raggiunge tutto in pochi minuti di passeggiata (bus per le spiagge, supermercato, ristoranti).

Struttura situata vicinissimo al centro storico, modalità casa vacanza, camera con bagno e cucinino, proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. servizio trasporto da e per il porto compreso. Ci siamo trovati molto Bene. Consigliato.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione in quanto molto vicina al centro. La stanza era un po' piccola ma vi era climatizzatore e tv. Ogni giorno veniva fatta la pulizia della camera e ogni 2 giorni venivano cambiate le asciugamani. Vi era nel balcone un comodo cucinino con varie stoviglie e frigo..unico difetto è che mangiavamo in uno spazio (balcone a piano terra) dove spesso vi era un continuo via vai di gente e delle zanzare. La proprietaria, molto gentile, ci ha permesso di soggiornare un giorno in più del previsto. Per il periodo scelto ritengo buono il rapporto qualità prezzo!
