Villa Nicolaci - Liberty Suites offers you an Italian, continental, vegetarian, and vegan breakfast. The menu is rich and includes local and gluten-free products (upon request). It consists of white and whole wheat bread, toast, cookies, cakes, croissants to be filled with butter, honey, and jams of various flavors, plain and fruit yogurts, muesli and corn flakes, seasonal fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and vegetables. Coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea with various essences, fruit juices. You can enjoy them surrounded by the greenery of our rose garden and intoxicated by the scent of jasmine and bitter oranges.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Noto. We spent two wonderful nights at Palazzo Nicolaci, a charming and well-kept establishment, just steps from the historic center of Noto, perfect for comfortably visiting all the cultural and architectural attractions of the city. Francesca, the owner, is a truly exquisite person: helpful, attentive, and passionate about her work, she made us feel immediately at home. A chapter apart deserves the breakfast: probably one of the best of our lives. A real journey through the flavors of Sicily! We tasted authentic and delicious local products: fresh mulberries, cedars, olives, almond paste… every detail reflected the soul of the territory. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the hospitality, we take home a beautiful memory and hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Nicolaci. The room was unique and had everything we needed for our three day stay. The location was perfect: right at the entrance to the old town and with free parking in front of the house. Check-in and check-out was easy and the hostess very friendly. I would recommend it!
