B&B Villa Le due Palme

The B&B structure "the two Palms" is a small villa built on two levels, situated a few steps from the seafront promenade of Isola delle Femmine (Pa). in front of one of the most important bathing beaches next to public beach facilities that can be reached through a private path.

Upstairs it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, adjacent to the bedrooms, a large living room with dining area.

From a large shared terrace you can enjoy a landscape that stretches from Punta Raisi to Capo Gallo and the view out of sight of the long beaches of Isola and Capaci. with its characteristic islet from which it takes its name.

Inside the Villa reserved parking place.

The B&B service includes breakfast, tidying of rooms, cleaning bathrooms, change of linen.

From the harbor you can embark on a particular fishing vessel for a fishing trip; this boat has a transparent bottom walls from which you can make a "virtual" dive two meters in depth sitting comfortably and enjoying the view of the beautiful waters of the marine reserve.

You can also take a dip in the beautiful waters near the little island, bathe in the nearby reserve “Capo Gallo” next to the famous resort of Mondello.

You can have lot of evening fun: in summer, at night the numerous sundeck made on the cliff near the sea become elegant pubs, where you can entertain and dance.

At reasonable price you can taste seafood in the many restaurants of the place, have great pizzas and delicious refreshing ice creams.

Moreover, at the marina every morning you make find the market of the fish caught at night.

Last but not the least you can try our renowned street food: pani ca meusa, pane e panielli. What to see
Isola delle Femmine is a beautiful seaside village just minutes from Punta Raisi airport "Falcone Borsellino" and 10 km from the city of Palermo, easily accessible by bus service and Metro Line Trenitalia.

Thanks to its favorable position from Isola you can make interesting excursions to the nearby resorts of Monreale, Mondello, the shrine of the Palermo Patron Saint Santa Rosalia on Pellegrino Mountain.

You can also visit the archaeological sites in the province of Trapani, Segesta, Selinunte, or other famous beaches such as San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, Mazara del Vallo, Sciacca, Agrigento and Cefalù.

Not only sea
The mild climate of our land allows stays from March to November, and so even in the colder months, staying in our B&B provides those who are not particularly interested in the sea the opportunity of pleasant excursions in the city of Palermo, to visit its works of art, churches and monuments, getting back then to a quiet place, away from the stress of the city.

Among the events not to be missed there are:
• the feast of the patron saint of the village "Holy Mary of Grace" which takes place on July 2
• The saga of fried fish (free tasting of local fish in the village square) on the last Sunday of August)
• the procession of Easter in the nearby town of Capaci.

• The Fair of the Dead on November 2, with the features stalls with colorful marzipan fruits and "sugar dolls" reproductions of classic paladins made in sugar and then painted.

• the feast of Santa Rosalia held in Palermo on July 15.
