Description

Beautiful stone farmhouse in Sicily, was the subject of a complex restoration done in a manner faithful to the original plant and artistically decorated the interior with warm colors that characterize the environment is decidedly unique and evocative. The rooms of the B&B were obtained from the renovation of the barn and shelter for animals.

All rooms have private bathroom, private entrance and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, minibar, TV and WiFi Internet access. The communal kitchen for breakfast, he attached patio for pleasant conversations. Furnished with rustic furniture, wrought iron, terracotta and ceramics make it comfortable and stylish. Outside you can enjoy a large relaxation area with swimming pool and solarium and an oasis of greenery typically Mediterranean.

We stayed for a week during our honeymoon. We had a great time, pampered by the hosts and everything was magnificent. Very welcoming structure, beautiful pool, Tiziana is skilled and very helpful, the parents are very respectable people and excellent sources of information to get to know the area. The 2 dogs and the house cat are very affectionate and love to be spoiled with cuddles. We recommend it for its strategic location in visiting the southeast of beautiful Sicily.

Characteristic and well-maintained structure. It is located near a very busy road during the daytime and is quite close to the center of Siracusa. Arriving tired and hot, we were very pleased to be able to use the pool.

I arrived on my birthday and Tiziana, the owner, welcomed me with great cordiality, making herself immediately available for every need. Among other things, she gave me the opportunity, having arrived early in the morning directly from the airport, to leave my bags before the scheduled check-in time and to change in the room so I could quickly head to one of the wonderful nearby beaches. Structure with a pool, room curated in every detail, stone villas with flowers and plants as a frame and a wonderful playful black dog! Breakfast with a wide choice and homemade sweets and Tiziana's father who, with great hospitality and patience, gave me directions to optimize my short stay and visit wonderful places and beaches. Unfortunately, I could only stay for two days but I hope to have the opportunity to return soon! Villa Giusy.

We really left a piece of our hearts at Villa Giusy! It is without a doubt the right place for those seeking serenity and relaxation away from the city chaos, it's not just a saying, but the real feeling of warmth and peace that this beautiful farmhouse gives you, where you immediately feel at home! In the meticulous care of the smallest details, the love that Mr. Enzo and Mrs. Giusy, very kind and caring owners, put and continue to put every day in what they offer to their guests shines through, turning the realization of a dream into work, a true passion. What a pleasure to have met them and remember our chats, people who you really feel like you've known forever and who you hug with affection at the time of goodbye! As for the structure, it must be said that the rooms are made extremely comfortable, not only by the taste in the choice of materials and furnishings, but also by the utmost cleanliness and perfect heating. The icing on the cake (it's really the case to write it!) is the abundant and varied breakfast where the wonderful homemade cakes made by Mrs. Giusy stand out! Finally, something not to be underestimated, the excellent value for money that immediately makes you think about when you can come back for the next stay, which we will definitely do during the summer to also take advantage of the pool area and the beautiful beaches of Syracuse just a short distance away. What can I say..there is nothing better than leaving a place feeling satisfied from every point of view. Thanks again and see you soon!

It was a wonderful stay, helped by the tips of Mr. Magnano we visited the southern part of Sicily, discovering wonderful places, rich in history, art and culture. We thank Him and His Lady again for the hospitality and kindness that distinguishes them. The structure is very beautiful, well-kept and managed carefully, the rooms are spacious and carefully furnished. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful structure in a very quiet and clean area, the owners are truly friendly, helpful, very courteous, and extremely helpful. In addition to the shared kitchen and a rich breakfast, they also offer a free shuttle service to Villa Salus clinic and to the shopping center a stone's throw from Auchan. The quality-price ratio is enviable. In the summer period, it will certainly be worth trying for a more than interesting holiday. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanze a visitare il Sud Est della Sicilia. Villa Giusy è un ottimo punto di partenza vicino all'autostrada. A Belvedere ci sono ottimi posti dove procurarsi squisiti cannoli e arancini senza code. I titolari sono molto ospitali, approntano molto bene le stanze ed accolgono gli ospiti con molta gentilezza. Il giardino, curato in persona dai titolari, dà un ultimo tocco di piacevolezza al rientro dalla spiaggia e al risveglio la mattina. Davvero consigliato anche per soggiorni di lavoro.

Un posto magico. I proprietari persone meravigliose, la loro accoglienza è superlativa. Non è un semplice B&B, è un'oasi, un piccolo paradiso terrestre che ti ammalia e da cui non vorresti andar via e la prima cosa che pensi è quando ci potrai ritornare.

Persone speciali, competenti, disponibili e cordiali, dei semi-professionisti dell'albergazione. lo consiglierei a tutti quelli che non hanno la "puzza sotto il naso" ma che apprezzano la sana cordialità e disponibilità di persone semplici, ma immense nello spirito di disponibilità verso il Cliente! Cosa rara di questi tempi, posizione strategica, a pochi Km, sia da Siracusa (Bellissima, con Ortigia che impera nel barocco delle sue strutture), che dall'imbocco della Superstrada (Autostrada "gratuita" si si, avete letto bene gratuita che da Catania, va quasi a Portopalo di Capo Passero).. Unica pecca, ma sicuramente, risolvibile, è il wi-fi, che non sempre il segnale è disponibile e utilizzabile, specie nelle strutture lontane dalla zona ristorazione e piscina. Ma questo è un semplice dettaglio che non inficia la straordinaria posizione della struttura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, alla prossima discesa a Siracusa, Enzo arriviamo. Un saluto ed un abbraccio. Sai che non diciamo una bugia, e parlo al plurale, che siete stati degli ospiti superlativi anche voi, tanto che ci sentiamo di affermare di avere dei nuovi amici in quella zona di Italia, che come ben sapete già per noi vicina. Vi volevo informare che la problematica della wi-fi, è già risolta, e che il disservizio era dovuto ad un mal funzionamento del nostro router adsl. Inutile dirlo che vi ricordiamo con affetto, e se mai ci troveremo dalle vostre parti vi verremo a trovare. Salutoni e abbracci da tutti noi. P. S. anche da Lady.

Viaggio molto in Italia e all'estero, uso molto le recensioni e ne lascio quando posso, questa è scritta con cuore ed oggettività. Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini dal 30/12 al 01/01. Villa Giusy o, meglio dire, Villa Felicità. L'accoglienza calorosa di Giusy ed Enzo sono veramente disarmanti: una familiarità ed una dimostrazione affettiva che stupiscono il cliente facendolo sentire a casa. Una coppia affiatata, simpatica e gioiosa: ci si sente coccolati già dai loro sorrisi e dal loro modo di far partecipi gli ospiti della loro vita e della propria casa. Ed anche i bambini possono esprimersi con la loro stupenda spontaneità, perché mai repressi nei loro giochi! Non mancano la disponibilità e l'affetto anche in cucina: il modo di voler bene l'ospite lo dimostrano l'accortezza nelle gustose preparazioni, nella gioia che la signora Giusy ha nell'impastare le fragranti torte e frittelle da mettere in tavola al mattino, le fresche spremute d'arancia e i profumi del caffè caldo, tutto servito in modo impeccabile, contornato dalla gioia di chiacchierare con loro e ridere di gusto, nemmeno ci si conoscesse da anni. Non si può lasciare questo posto senza dare ad Enzo e Giusy un abbraccio pieno, forte, di affetto sincero, pensando solo alla prossima occasione per poter tornare. E adesso la recensione della location: casale curato nei minimi particolari, un B&B con i servizi di un hotel a 4 stelle superior, inclusi un fornitissimo minibar e set biancheria con tanto di pantofole monouso. Ogni camera, con accesso indipendente e bagno privato, è finemente ristrutturata con uso sapiente di pietra, legno e ceramica, che donano il calore di un ambiente elegantemente familiare. Il bagno, con la sua rubinetteria in stile classico ed un'ampia doccia in muratura, è un tripudio all'uso della ceramica. Gli ampi spazi esterni della villa e la piscina sono perfetti per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax anche con bambini. La villa è situata a 15 min dal centro storico della splendida Siracusa e dalle località di mare.

Posto meraviglioso, come i proprietari sig. ENZO e sig. Giusy, sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli e farci sentire come dei familiari. Il B&B è proprio come in foto, bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ma il punto forte è la colazione, con le torte fatte della sig. Giusy e dalle squisite frittelle. Che dire.. Da ritornarci e spero a presto.

Altro che B&B sembra di stare a casa, posto incantevole situato a pochi chilometri da Siracusa e dall'ingresso in Autostrada. Relax, professionalità e cortesia assicurati! Enzo e Giusy sono persone fantastiche, sono molto ospitali e ti fanno sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante, torte e frittelle preparate da Giusy infinitamente squisite. Disponibile posto auto interno, barbecue e piscina! Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Struttura Fantastica, curata nei minimi particolari come del resto la pulizia e l'igiene trovati all'arrivo e confermati durante tutto il soggiorno. Ho pernottato a Villa Giusy per una notte devo dire che il posto è molto ben curato, pulito e tranquillo. accogliente e spazioso giardino e piscina con solarium sia per bambini che per adulti. Stanze pulite e confortevoli, curate nei particolari. Vi è anche a disposizione una cucina dove fare colazione e una ampia e ben arredata veranda. Sono stato accolto molto bene dal sig. Enzo, molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti e in particolare modo alle famiglie con bambini. Inoltre la struttura si trova in una ottima posizione a 5 minuti dall'imbocco dell'autostrada per Catania e Siracusa. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano un posto dove rilassarsi o dove alloggiare anche per brevi periodi, è un posto tranquillissimo.

Se cercate un posto che vi ricordi il calore di casa, questo è il posto giusto. Accoglienza, gentilezza, cortesia e piena disponibilità della Signora Giusy sono lo specchio di un luogo meraviglioso come Villa Giusy. Stanze pulite e confortevoli, curate nei particolari. La zona giardino, tanto quanto la zona piscina, deliziosa e curata meticolosamente. Situata in una zona particolare, la visuale del mare appena usciti rende l'idea del posto incantevole che è. Peccato che il soggiorno fosse limitato solo a due giornate poiché ero lì per lavoro ma posso garantire che mi sono rilassata tanto! Non meno importante la cortesia con il quale la Signora Giusy apre la sua cucina a colazione dando il senso dell'amore materno. Felicissima di aver trascorso lì due giorni e felicissima di aver conosciuto due persone meravigliose Lo consiglio in modo spassionato a tutti coloro che cercano un posto dove rilassarsi o dove alloggiare per mille motivi ma soprattutto perché è un piccolo paradiso in terra.

Abbiamo soggiornato assieme ai ns. amici presso questa ottima struttura, ben tenuta e curata nei particolari. Per quasi una settimana siamo stati benissimo, coccolati a colazione dai buoni dolci fatti dalla signora Giusy, il signor Enzo da buon anfitrione ci ah elargito utili consigli sulle cose da vedere e dove mangiare in zona. Se a prima vista la struttura può sembrare leggermente decentrata, è invece un pregio perché grazie alla stretta vicinanza dello svincolo autostradale nel giro di venti minuti si possono raggiungere sia le città d'arte che le magnifiche spiagge della zona. Sicuramente da consigliare, noi speriamo di poterci tornare.

L'ospite si sente come a casa propria. La cordialità dei gestori, la tranquillità del posto, la qualità delle camere e gli ottimi servizi (come la colazione e la piscina) rendono il Bed and Breakfast Villa Giusy un posto incantevole dove poter passare una vacanza in totale relax. Ma la cosa che più ci gratifica, sta nel fatto che vi siate trovati come a casa vostra, che per noi è il più bel complimento che ci si poteva aspettare. Fra le cose belle nello svolgere questa attività, sta nel fatto di aver la possibilità di conoscere gente veramente bella come lo siete voi due, ed è per questo che tutta la nostra famiglia vi fa gli auguri per una vita felice e tranquilla insieme. L'accoglienza della signora Giusy e del sig. Enzo è stata gradevole, sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni nostra esigenza, gentilmente ci hanno preparato delle ottime cene. Nelle camere la pulizia è eccellente e giornaliera, con frequente cambio della biancheria. Il giardino è ben curato con una bella piscina. Siamo stati accolti molto bene e abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Lo consigliamo a tutti e in particolare modo alle famiglie con bambini.

Ero di passaggio e ho scoperto per caso questa struttura; non molto visibile dalla strada, è una gradevole sorpresa una volta entrati, un giardino splendido e una struttura curata e accogliente anche nei particolari ti viene presentata da proprietari attenti e disponibili.

Il posto è incantevole, un oasi di tranquillità, struttura elegante e ricca di ogni confort. I proprietari cordiali e simpaticissimi, sicuramente un'esperienza da riprovare e consigliare.

Salve, volevo consigliare a tutti questa struttura, in quanto la scorsa settimana ha ospitato alcuni miei parenti. La struttura è bellissima, da non sottovalutare la pulizia, i servizi, la cortesia ad un costo così basso. I miei parenti sono rimasti veramente entusiasti.e del resto io ho fatto un'ottima figura. Provate e non ve ne pentirete.
