Description

Beautiful stone farmhouse in Sicily, was the subject of a complex restoration done in a manner faithful to the original plant and artistically decorated the interior with warm colors that characterize the environment is decidedly unique and evocative. The rooms of the B&B were obtained from the renovation of the barn and shelter for animals.

All rooms have private bathroom, private entrance and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, minibar, TV and WiFi Internet access. The communal kitchen for breakfast, he attached patio for pleasant conversations. Furnished with rustic furniture, wrought iron, terracotta and ceramics make it comfortable and stylish. Outside you can enjoy a large relaxation area with swimming pool and solarium and an oasis of greenery typically Mediterranean.

We had booked this property because we wanted to stay away from the urban chaos of the city center of Syracuse but at the same time within a short drive to easily reach Neapolis and also the historic center, and we were fully satisfied. The property consists of various beautiful and well-renovated stone farmhouses and is immersed in greenery, surrounded by trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation of Sicily. SUPERLATIVE breakfast, rich in everything one could desire, both savory and sweet (countless delicious fresh cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice made on the spot). The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. There is the possibility to park the car in the internal parking space of the property, secured by a gate. Spacious room and bathroom, equipped with all the necessary comforts for maximum relaxation, including a small table and chairs on the outdoor patio to fully enjoy the garden that surrounds the entire property. Unfortunately, due to our "tight" schedule, we couldn't use the beautiful pool that really deserved a dive. What can I say, I recommend it to everyone, TOP!

We were guests at Tiziana for 7 days and were delighted by her hospitality. The well-being of her guests is close to her heart and she is lovingly supported by her parents Josephine and Vincent. We stayed for a week during our honeymoon. We had a great time, pampered by the hosts and everything was magnificent. Very welcoming structure, beautiful pool, Tiziana is skilled and very helpful, the parents are very respectable people and excellent sources of information to get to know the area. The 2 dogs and the house cat are very affectionate and love to be spoiled with cuddles. We recommend it for its strategic location in visiting the southeast of beautiful Sicily.

Characteristic and well-maintained structure. It is located near a very busy road during the daytime and is quite close to the center of Siracusa. Arriving tired and hot, we were very pleased to be able to use the pool.

I arrived on my birthday and Tiziana, the owner, welcomed me with great cordiality, making herself immediately available for every need. Among other things, she gave me the opportunity, having arrived early in the morning directly from the airport, to leave my bags before the scheduled check-in time and to change in the room so I could quickly head to one of the wonderful nearby beaches. Structure with a pool, room curated in every detail, stone villas with flowers and plants as a frame and a wonderful playful black dog! Breakfast with a wide choice and homemade sweets and Tiziana's father who, with great hospitality and patience, gave me directions to optimize my short stay and visit wonderful places and beaches. Unfortunately, I could only stay for two days but I hope to have the opportunity to return soon! Villa Giusy.

We really left a piece of our hearts at Villa Giusy! It is without a doubt the right place for those seeking serenity and relaxation away from the city chaos, it's not just a saying, but the real feeling of warmth and peace that this beautiful farmhouse gives you, where you immediately feel at home! In the meticulous care of the smallest details, the love that Mr. Enzo and Mrs. Giusy, very kind and caring owners, put and continue to put every day in what they offer to their guests shines through, turning the realization of a dream into work, a true passion. What a pleasure to have met them and remember our chats, people who you really feel like you've known forever and who you hug with affection at the time of goodbye! As for the structure, it must be said that the rooms are made extremely comfortable, not only by the taste in the choice of materials and furnishings, but also by the utmost cleanliness and perfect heating. The icing on the cake (it's really the case to write it!) is the abundant and varied breakfast where the wonderful homemade cakes made by Mrs. Giusy stand out! Finally, something not to be underestimated, the excellent value for money that immediately makes you think about when you can come back for the next stay, which we will definitely do during the summer to also take advantage of the pool area and the beautiful beaches of Syracuse just a short distance away. What can I say..there is nothing better than leaving a place feeling satisfied from every point of view. Thanks again and see you soon!

It was a wonderful stay, helped by the tips of Mr. Magnano we visited the southern part of Sicily, discovering wonderful places, rich in history, art and culture. We thank Him and His Lady again for the hospitality and kindness that distinguishes them. Beautiful structure in a very quiet and clean area, the owners are truly friendly, helpful, very courteous, and extremely helpful. In addition to the shared kitchen and a rich breakfast, they also offer a free shuttle service to Villa Salus clinic and to the shopping center a stone's throw from Auchan. The quality-price ratio is enviable. In the summer period, it will certainly be worth trying for a more than interesting holiday. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We spent a vacation visiting the Southeast of Sicily. Villa Giusy is an excellent starting point near the highway. In Belvedere there are great places to get delicious cannoli and arancini without queues. The owners are very hospitable, prepare the rooms very well and welcome guests with great kindness. The garden, personally cared for by the owners, adds a final touch of pleasantness upon return from the beach and in the morning upon waking up. Highly recommended also for business stays.

Special, competent, helpful, and friendly people, semi-professionals in hospitality. I would recommend it to all those who do not have a 'nose in the air' but who appreciate the healthy cordiality and availability of simple people, but immense in the spirit of customer service! A rare thing these days, a strategic location, a few kilometers away, both from Syracuse (beautiful, with Ortigia reigning in the baroque of its structures), and from the entrance to the highway ('free' highway yes yes, you read it right, free that from Catania, goes almost to Portopalo di Capo Passero). The only flaw, but certainly solvable, is the Wi-Fi, where the signal is not always available and usable, especially in structures far from the dining area and pool. But this is a simple detail that does not detract from the extraordinary position of the structure. We will definitely return, on the next descent to Syracuse, Enzo we are coming. I travel a lot in Italy and abroad, I use reviews a lot and leave them when I can, this one is written with heart and objectivity. We stayed with 2 children from 30/12 to 01/01. Villa Giusy or, better to say, Villa Felicità. The warm welcome of Giusy and Enzo is truly disarming: a familiarity and an affectionate demonstration that amazes the customer making them feel at home. A well-matched, friendly, and joyful couple: you feel pampered already by their smiles and by the way they involve guests in their life and their home. And even the children can express themselves with their wonderful spontaneity, never repressed in their games! There is no lack of availability and affection even in the kitchen: the care in the tasty preparations, the joy that Mrs. Giusy has in kneading the fragrant cakes and fritters to put on the table in the morning, the fresh orange juices and the scents of hot coffee, all served impeccably, surrounded by the joy of chatting with them and laughing heartily, as if we had known each other for years. You cannot leave this place without giving Enzo and Giusy a full, strong hug, full of sincere affection, thinking only of the next opportunity to come back. And now the review of the location: a farmhouse cared for down to the smallest details, a B&B with the services of a 4-star superior hotel, including a well-stocked minibar and a set of linens complete with disposable slippers. Each room, with independent access and private bathroom, is finely renovated with a wise use of stone, wood, and ceramics, which give the warmth of an elegantly familiar environment. The bathroom, with its classic style faucets and a large masonry shower, is a triumph of the use of ceramics. The ample outdoor spaces of the villa and the pool are perfect for a relaxing holiday even with children. The villa is located 15 minutes from the historic center of beautiful Siracusa and the seaside resorts.

Wonderful place, like the owners Mr. Enzo and Mrs. Giusy, always ready to give great advice and make us feel like family. The B&B is just like in the pictures, beautiful, attention to detail, but the highlight is the breakfast, with the cakes made by Mrs. Giusy and the delicious fritters. What can I say... Forget about B&B, it feels like home. Villa Giusy is a lovely place located just a few kilometers from Syracuse and the Highway entrance. Relaxation, professionalism, and courtesy are guaranteed! Enzo and Giusy are fantastic people, very hospitable and make you feel at home. The breakfast is plentiful, the cakes and fritters prepared by Giusy are infinitely delicious. There is a available indoor parking, barbecue, and pool! Definitely worth returning!

I stayed at Villa Giusy for one night, I must say the place is very well maintained, clean and quiet, with a welcoming and spacious garden and pool with a solarium for both children and adults. Clean and comfortable rooms, attention to detail. There is also a kitchen available for breakfast and a large, well-furnished veranda. I was welcomed very well by Mr. Enzo, very kind and helpful. I recommend it to everyone, especially families with children. Furthermore, the property is in a great location, 5 minutes from the highway entrance to Catania and Syracuse. I recommend it to all those looking for a place to relax or stay for short periods, it's a very quiet place.

If you are looking for a place that reminds you of the warmth of home, this is the right place. Reception, kindness, courtesy, and full availability of Mrs. Giusy are the mirror of a wonderful place like Villa Giusy. Clean and comfortable rooms, cared for in detail. The garden area, as well as the pool area, are delightful and meticulously maintained. Located in a particular area, the view of the sea as soon as you go out gives an idea of how enchanting the place is. It's a pity that the stay was limited to only two days because I was there for work, but I can guarantee that I relaxed a lot! Not least, the kindness with which Mrs. Giusy opens her kitchen for breakfast, giving the sense of maternal love. Delighted to have spent two days there and happy to have met two wonderful people. I recommend it wholeheartedly to all those looking for a place to relax or to stay for a thousand reasons but above all because it is a small paradise on earth.

We stayed with our friends at this excellent property, well-maintained and cared for in detail. For almost a week we were very well, pampered at breakfast by the delicious pastries made by Mrs. Giusy. Mr. Enzo, as a good host, gave us useful advice on what to see and where to eat in the area. If at first glance the property may seem slightly decentralized, it is actually an advantage because thanks to the close proximity of the motorway exit, in twenty minutes you can reach both the art cities and the magnificent beaches of the area. Definitely recommended. We hope to be able to return.

Fra le cose belle nello svolgere questa attività, sta nel fatto di aver la possibilità di conoscere gente veramente bella come lo siete voi due, ed è per questo che tutta la nostra famiglia vi fa gli auguri per una vita felice e tranquilla insieme. The welcome from Mrs. Giusy and Mr. Enzo was pleasant, always available to solve our every need. They kindly prepared excellent dinners for us. The cleanliness in the rooms is excellent and daily, with frequent changes of linen. The garden is well-kept with a beautiful swimming pool. We were welcomed very well and had a pleasant stay. We recommend it to everyone, especially families with children.
