Description
Our agriturismo is located on a small hill overlooking the sea (only 1 km away) and is surrounded by orange, lemon, and olive trees. We mainly produce cereals and vegetables in open fields.
The structure of our agriturismo is an ancient fortified farmhouse that was built around a large courtyard. The mini apartments, equipped with a kitchen and air conditioning, overlook the courtyard, while the rooms with a bathroom and air conditioning were built inside a patio.
The winter restaurant is located inside a "palmento", while in the summer, you can enjoy dinner outdoors admiring the enchanting coastline of S. M. del Focallo.
Our services include bike rental, shuttle service to and from Catania airport or other destinations, customer assistance, and direct sales of typical products.
The unique geographical position of "Villa Giannina" allows easy access to the sea, which is less than 1 km away.

We were more than satisfied with the structure and management. Mr. Michele is super kind and provides a lot of useful information for visiting the surrounding areas. Mrs. Rosalba is very kind. The breakfast is super abundant with very fresh products prepared by Mrs. Rosalba. Everything is delicious, especially the apple cake and almond granita. Not to mention their citrus fruit jams. The location is on the road connecting nearby cities and there is a splendid sea view from the garden. The room is quiet, spacious, and cool, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a very pleasant holiday. Impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend it and if we return to the area, I will definitely contact them to return. Thank you for everything.

The location of Villa Giannina is excellent, surrounded by greenery with sea view. Comfortable room, overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Excellent breakfast, with homemade pastries and jams, like the freshly squeezed orange juice. The manager Michele is very kind, very attentive to his guests in giving excellent advice. Experience to be repeated!

We stayed from 3rd to 10th of July and we had a great time. Large, comfortable and clean room. Abundant and varied breakfast. Convenient location of the property close to the sea and various art cities. Mr. Michele is a kind and professional person. In the hottest hours, you can relax in the shade of a wonderful carob tree with sea view. The abundant breakfast served outdoors where you can taste a wonderful almond granita and a delicious cream.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti con la mia ragazza in questo agriturismo rilassante e tranquillo vicinissimo alla meravigliosa spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo a pochi km da Pozzallo e Ispica. Accoglienza ottima da parte del proprietario e colazione super con prodotti freschi della zona.

Io e mia moglie moglie abbiamo trascorso 4 fantastici e rilassanti giorni, presso l'Azienda Villa Giannina. Un posto magico e lontano da ogni caos cittadino. Il proprietario, una persona molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso in ogni cosa. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro. La consiglio a tutti.

Villa Giannina is a beautiful place, only 1km from the seaside. The room was very spacious, the bathroom as well airy and even had chairs and a table for us to sit outside. Michele is a phantstic host and a great comedian too, extremely helpful and did everything to make our stay an extremely nice one. He went out of his way to be helpful. We shall be back, Michele!
