The rocky bottom rich in various species of fish is an attractive destination for divers / snorkelers. The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace of the Villa from 8. 00 to 10. 30. We try to satisfy the tastes of our guests with hot and cold drinks such as: cappuccino, milk, barley, chocolate, espresso, American coffee, assorted fruit juices, tea with a wide choice of flavors, herbal teas, cereals, yogurt and jams assorted, Italian honey, rusks, fresh bread, wholemeal bread packed with organic flours, cakes, brioches, various types of biscuits and seasonal fruit, typical local savory products such as cold cuts, cheeses, and Sicilian specialties.
Breakfast is also served with gluten-free products and soy milk; in this case it is recommended to highlight it at the time of booking.

Welcome to our Eco B&B. Just a few words to introduce ourselves. We are Oscar & Stefano and a few years we work in the Accommodation / Tourism sector. Villa Flavia Eco B&B is our flagship but we own and manage other properties between Milan and Sicily. I inherited the Villa from my paternal grandparents who bought this house in 1965 from Piedmont in order to enjoy the splendid climate and breathtaking views of the bay. Today we are happy to share with our guests the infinite thrill of living in a small corner of paradise in this splendid location in Sicily.
We love to travel all over the world and, being very demanding, we like to always offer the best to our guests! We always love being in contact with our customers, but always respecting their privacy and spaces, and getting to know them and it was this aspect that led us to become a Host. We assist our guests during their stay, we provide city maps, brochures, together with all the information they need and everything they want to know about Sicily.

Area seaside
Set off to discover a relaxing destination, known for its boat trips, monuments, gastronomic / cultural heritage. Santa Flavia is located 17 km from Palermo. The proximity to Palermo, its fishing fleet, and the clear sea, have made it a tourist center. With the nearby Bagheria, they almost create a single body, but each one very distinct. In the small town of Santa Flavia there are just over 11, 000 inhabitants. But these multiply of tourists in the summer season. Santa Flavia is in fact close to the sea, with its hamlets of Porticello, Sant'Elia and Capo Zafferano. Sant’Elia is a charming and romantic seaside village near Palermo. The birth of the village is linked to the Solanto trap, and to fishing activity. The promontory of Solanto, with the archaeological remains of the ancient Phoenician city, is located right behind it. To the west is Capo Zafferano. La Caletta a Sant’Elia is a small bay dominated by two promontories on the sides, it flows into a crystalline sea. Solunto, an ancient Hellenistic city on Monte Catalfano, 2km from Santa Flavia. According to Thucydides, Solunto constituted, together with Panormus and Motya, one of the 3 Phoenician cities in Sicily.

This was a wonderful find. The B&B is very charming. The host is friendly and welcoming. The location was beautiful; we ate a wonderful breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool and with views to the sea. For those that like to walk, there is a beautiful walk to a lighthouse. We appreciated the on-site parking. The train station was nearby with a short trip to Palermo. We wished we had stayed a few more days.

Villa Flavia far exceeded our expectations! The location is gorgeous with excellent hiking and sights to discover. Oscar and Stefano are great hosts. Friendly, attentive, and a wealth of knowledge. Their recommendations for food, travel, and beer/wine were spot-on. Breakfast was very good and dinner - ask what they make at Villa Flavia and you won't be disappointed! One of the best dinners we had in Italy was the caponata salad followed by pasta con le sarde. We highly recommend Villa Flavia to anyone staying in the area! Tutto va bene!

Che dire, il paradiso esiste ed io l'ho trovato a Villa Flavia, ancora adesso che sono ritornata nella mia Valtellina continuo a
pensare a questo BB STUPENDO dove ho trascorso 2 giorni in assoluta pace. Villa stupenda arredata in stile completamente siciliano, pertanto sembra di essere ospiti in casa di amici veri, se non in casa propria,

Siamo stati in Eco Villa Flavia tre meravigliose notti. Subito dall’inizio prima di arrivare in villa ho mandato un WhatsApp al proprietario e subito ricevuto la risposta. La comunicazione fin da subito è stata immediata, veloce e per il resto della nostra permanenza ci hanno sempre aiutato con i loro consigli e loro aiuto in tutto! Oscar e Stefano sono persone squisite!
Ci hanno accolto come se fossimo della famiglia. Subito chiamato per nomi e mio marito che ha la difficoltà a comunicare, perché parla discretamente in italiano si è sentito a suo agio in tutto. Addirittura mi ha chiesto se avevamo la possibilità di prolungare il nostro soggiorno per ancora qualche giorno. Si è molto emozionato quando siamo andati via.
La casa è bellissima! Curata in minimo piccolo particolare e ci sono dei dettagli che la identificano e la rendono molto accogliente!
Oscar e Stefano hanno anche tre cani meravigliosi, due golden retriever e un Labrador e una new entry la piccola gattina Meo. Abbiamo passato del tempo con loro e ci siamo anche divertirti.
Di sera ci si può stare fuori sulla terrazza con il tavolo in ferro battuto e pietra lavica con il disegno tipico siciliano artigianale. Con una vista sulla baia letteralmente da urlo! Ci siamo piazzati lì un paio di sere senza volerci più spostare.
Insomma se dovessi consigliare, direi: “Villa Flavia tutta la vita!” Andateci! Un voto non da dieci ma da 10 e lode!
Siamo stati molto felici li ed è questo una cosa più importante!
La villa è bellissima, ma con e grazie ai suoi proprietari, i veri “CUORI” di Oscar e Stefano diventa una gemma unica nel suo genere!
