Villa Flavia is located in a bay called "Tre Piscine" right by the sea, with easy access to rocky platforms and clear waters. The villa is nestled in an exceptional location, Capo Zafferano, a tourist destination renowned for its pristine sea and rare beauty promontory. The rocky seabed, rich in various species of fish, is an attractive destination for diving/snorkeling. In addition to the beauty of the place, there is also meticulous hospitality, attention to detail, and a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.

Our Mediterranean villa, spread over 2 floors, consists of 4 double rooms, one triple room, and one quadruple room, all with private bathrooms, minibar, Nespresso, and kettle. Spacious and bright living room, terrace with sea/mountain view, parking, and free Wi-Fi. A vacation in perfect maritime style, ideal for recharging your batteries.

The sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace of the Villa from 8. 00 to 10. 30. We try to satisfy the tastes of our guests with hot and cold drinks such as: cappuccino, milk, barley, chocolate, espresso, American coffee, assorted fruit juices, tea with a wide choice of flavors, herbal teas, cereals, yogurt and jams assorted, Italian honey, rusks, fresh bread, wholemeal bread packed with organic flours, cakes, brioches, various types of biscuits and seasonal fruit, typical local savory products such as cold cuts, cheeses, and Sicilian specialties.

Breakfast is also served with gluten-free products and soy milk; in this case it is recommended to highlight it at the time of booking.

Welcome to our page. Just a few words to introduce ourselves. We are Oscar & Stefano and we have been working in the Accomodation/Tourism sector for several years. Villa Flavia Holidays is our flagship but we own and manage other properties in Milan, Venice, Lake Garda and Sicily.

We love travelling all over the world and, because we are very demanding, we always like to offer the best to our guests! We always love to be in contact with our guests, but always respecting their privacy and space, and getting to know them, and this was the main reason why we decided to go into the accommodation management business. We assist our guests during their stay, provide them with city maps, brochures, along with all the information they need and everything they want to know about the place that welcomes them.

Area seaside

Set off to discover a relaxing destination, known for its boat trips, monuments, gastronomic / cultural heritage. Santa Flavia is located 17 km from Palermo. The proximity to Palermo, its fishing fleet, and the clear sea, have made it a tourist center. With the nearby Bagheria, they almost create a single body, but each one very distinct. In the small town of Santa Flavia there are just over 11, 000 inhabitants. But these multiply of tourists in the summer season. Santa Flavia is in fact close to the sea, with its hamlets of Porticello, Sant'Elia and Capo Zafferano. Sant’Elia is a charming and romantic seaside village near Palermo. The birth of the village is linked to the Solanto trap, and to fishing activity. The promontory of Solanto, with the archaeological remains of the ancient Phoenician city, is located right behind it. To the west is Capo Zafferano. La Caletta a Sant’Elia is a small bay dominated by two promontories on the sides, it flows into a crystalline sea. Solunto, an ancient Hellenistic city on Monte Catalfano, 2km from Santa Flavia. According to Thucydides, Solunto constituted, together with Panormus and Motya, one of the 3 Phoenician cities in Sicily.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B in Santa Flavia! The sea is just 50 metres away (beautiful rocky coast), and the nearby village is absolutely enchanting. I came without a car and managed just fine — everything was still within reach. The place was spotless, cozy, and full of personal touches. A perfect spot to experience Sicily at its best!

We loved our stay at VFH Villa Flavia Eco B&B. It was like a beautiful oasis. It was lovely to be able to see Palermo and then return to this calm and beautiful place. Oskar, Stefano, Marta and the cleaning woman (sorry I do not remember your name) were very nice and helpful people. The place felt like a home because of the friendly people working and staying there. I loved sitting at the porch with a morning coffee or a cold beer at night looking at the beautiful view of both ocean and mountain.

Unfortunately the pool and regular lunch and dinner service were closed in April. However, the hosts were extremely accommodating. If we had come in the summer, I'm sure Villa Flavia would have been an 11/10.

This was a wonderful find. The B&B is very charming. The host is friendly and welcoming. The location was beautiful; we ate a wonderful breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool and with views to the sea. For those that like to walk, there is a beautiful walk to a lighthouse. We appreciated the on-site parking. The train station was nearby with a short trip to Palermo. We wished we had stayed a few more days.

Villa Flavia far exceeded our expectations! The location is gorgeous with excellent hiking and sights to discover. Oscar and Stefano are great hosts. Friendly, attentive, and a wealth of knowledge. Their recommendations for food, travel, and beer/wine were spot-on. Breakfast was very good and dinner - ask what they make at Villa Flavia and you won't be disappointed! One of the best dinners we had in Italy was the caponata salad followed by pasta con le sarde. We highly recommend Villa Flavia to anyone staying in the area! Tutto va bene!

What can I say, paradise exists and I found it at Villa Flavia, even now that I have returned to my Valtellina I continue to think about this STUNNING Bed and Breakfast where I spent 2 days in absolute peace. Beautiful villa furnished in a completely Sicilian style, so it feels like being guests in a true friends' house, if not in one's own house. Stefano and Omar are very cordial, attentive to every need. Fabulous pool and just, I say just, a stone's throw from the fabulous sea! See you soon dear Oscar and Stefano.

We stayed at Villa Flavia Holidays for three wonderful nights. Right from the start, before arriving at the villa, I sent a message on WhatsApp to the owner and received an immediate response. The communication was immediate and fast right from the start, and for the rest of our stay they always helped us with their advice and support in everything! Oscar and Stefano are lovely people! They welcomed us as if we were family. They immediately called us by name, and my husband, who has difficulty communicating because he speaks Italian discreetly, felt comfortable in everything. He even asked me if we could extend our stay for a few more days. He was very moved when we left. The house is beautiful! Carefully curated in every little detail, with identifying features that make it very welcoming! Oscar and Stefano also have three wonderful dogs, two golden retrievers and a Labrador, and a new addition, the little kitten Meo. We spent time with them and had fun. In the evening, you can sit outside on the terrace with the wrought iron and lava stone table with a typical Sicilian artisan design, with a view of the bay that is simply breathtaking! We settled there a couple of evenings without wanting to move. In short, if I had to recommend, I would say: 'Villa Flavia Holidays for life!' Go there! A rating not of ten but of 10 with honors! We were very happy there, and that is the most important thing! The villa is beautiful, but thanks to its owners, the true 'HEARTS' of Oscar and Stefano, it becomes a unique gem in its kind.
