Villa Edera is an ancient Liberty-style villa situated in the center of the seaside village of Porticello, near Palermo.
The Villa features large panoramic terraces with a breathtaking view and it’s topped by a tower with reading room.
Guests at Villa Edera can choose among 6 double rooms, distributed over 2 floors, all with king size beds, air conditioning/heating system and ensuite bathroom.
One room is fully equipped with all comforts for disabled guests.
Each of the rooms have a beautiful panoramic view, thanks to the terraces with solarium.
A very large seating area on the ground floor, where the breakfast can be consumed, will offer its guests the possibility of using two computers with WiFi access.
The large terrace will also allow you to enjoy breakfast outside.
Guests at Villa Edera, which is located in the heart of the seaside village of Porticello, can as well enjoy the opportunity to breathe the real life of a fishing village in the middle of their fishing activities.
Porticello is located very close to the nearby Bagheria, known as the city of villas, where you can visit the fascinating Villa Cattolica, home of the Guttuso Museum and Villa Palagonia, the famous villa of the monsters.
The Santa Flavia railway station is also very just 500 mt away from the Villa and it’s got direct trains to Palermo (15 minutes by train) and Cefalù (50 minutes by train).

We really appreciated the bnb at Villa Edera. The establishment has charm and corresponds to the photos, the villa has a sea view from almost everywhere, it is located in a very quiet port village halfway between Palermo and Cefalù, the breakfast is very satisfying, Pietro is very friendly and welcoming and he also speaks French. Finally, the place is very clean and well-kept, with the added bonus of being able to use the communal kitchen. The only small downside to know is that the house is poorly insulated from the noise of other residents. It’s just something to be aware of, everything else is perfect. There is also a train nearby but I think having a car makes traveling much easier. Thanks again Pietro.
