Description

The elegant Villa Ambra is in north-west Noto and offers a rooftop terrace with views of the town, a Unesco World Heritage Site. It provides free and large guarded parking lot and an impressive lounge with piano.

The convenient location of Villa Ambra can achieve in a few minutes walk to the main attractions of Noto. With only 10 minutes drive to the beach at Lido di Noto, with 20 (minutes) Vendicari Nature Reserve and 30 (minutes) Syracuse and Portopalo. Do not forget our enviable Grand Canyon Cavagrande Cassibile.

You can admire views of Noto's many churches and monuments from the rooftop terrace.

The Villa is rustic, but with admirable finish, has been restored with the original configuration and was equipped with every comfort.

In the heart of the villa, the terrace is a meeting place for socializing and to enjoy our super breakfast. You can also spend hours of real relaxation.

The rooms are all different, you can request to have: Classic Rooms, Rustic, Modern, with bathroom, TV, air conditioning, heating and other comforts. The villa has a large guarded parking for several vehicles.

Free Wi-Fi is available at reception and the staff offer a warm Sicilian welcome.

What is 3 km from Noto, where they can spend marvelous days of taking a relaxing picnic in direct contact with nature, enjoying all our organic products typical of the season such as:

Mulberry trees, oranges, mandarins, figs, Indian figs, lemons, apricots, plums, peaches, almonds and even, Locust beans, blueberries and berries similar to small knobs which here are called "Insalori".

In the summer you can also find the vegetables grown by the owner as peppers, eggplant, onions, peppers and tomatoes and have the opportunity to make tasty salads, served with our tasty and fragrant extra virgin olive oil, oregano our, our capers and our black olives.

The structure is away from the chaos of the village but still the historic center is easily reachable in a few minutes. The host Ambra was very friendly and helpful, giving us many tips about Noto and the surroundings. The breakfast was rich and abundant, made with many zero-kilometer products from their garden. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Villa Ambra! Our hostess (Ambra) was very friendly and helpful, and her English was excellent. The location is away from the congestion, but only a 10-15 minute walk to Noto center and all the things to see and do. On site secure parking was provided at no extra cost. Our room was very clean, inviting and everything worked properly. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast...an absolutely amazing assortment of fruits, vegetables, pastries and just about anything else you could want.

Very beautiful accommodation just a few steps from the historic center. The very kind landlady gave us many good tips and we felt very comfortable. The parking in the sheltered courtyard is very practical. The sumptuous breakfast with homemade specialties is absolutely exceptional, served directly at the table and everything is very tasty. We would choose this B&B again at any time.

Very nice landlady and also the staff is very nice, with good tips for the day. Breakfast is very lovingly and varied. Private parking in the courtyard with gate protected. Noto is a very beautiful baroque city and an ideal starting point for hiking or sightseeing. Everything is perfect.

My boyfriend and I booked for the B&Bday, for two nights. What can I say, everything was spectacular: from the welcome of the owner Ambra, kind and super helpful, to the breakfast that also offered typically Sicilian products such as almonds, homemade jams and an excellent carob liqueur! To finish, we were in great company (the cat Titilla was an excellent hostess!) and we were also given the opportunity to enjoy some sun on the upper floor terrace. Thank you so much for this stay, we will return!

Very nice bed and breakfast on the outskirts of the center. Particularly outstanding are, on the one hand, the abundant breakfast, filled with homemade dishes, and on the other hand, the extremely detailed excursion tips. The owner surely spends an hour in the morning explaining in detail to each guest how to best approach a desired excursion, where to park, what it costs, etc. Super helpful!

Ambra is a fantastic host: always smiling and helpful, she makes you feel like you are the friend she has been waiting for. The property is close to the center of Noto and from the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view. A separate note goes dutifully to the breakfast, prepared and served by Irene (very kind, smiling, and always willing to meet the different requests): it's amazing! It ranges from savory to sweet, all very fresh and organic, with the addition of a thought also directed to the guests' health, with the "overture" given by the carob juice (obviously also organic and from family production). What else to add? Of course, we will come back!

As soon as we arrived at this property, we immediately understood that we would have a great time. The owner Ambra welcomes her guests with sincere warmth, joy, hospitality, professionalism, friendliness, and availability. She immediately explained how to move around Noto (Corso Vittorio Emanuele reachable in 3 minutes by car, convenient parking) and suggested itineraries that allowed us to optimize our time and enrich our vacation. As for the food, it starts with a super abundant breakfast that includes their legendary carob syrup (high-calorie, excellent for starting the day off right), freshly squeezed orange juice, their jams, 'pane cunzato' made by them, hard-boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheese, cherry tomatoes, excellent bread, great brioches, fresh fruit, maybe I'm forgetting something, there was everything. Ambra's dinner suggestions were excellent, she always guided us well, even outside Noto. The property is not new but is very well maintained and absolutely clean. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the essential accessories for a vacation (a hairdryer worthy of its name). I don't know if we will be able to return (but, never say never), but we will certainly make outstanding publicity for this property and dear Ambra, and some of our friends will eventually come. Thank you Ambra.

I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast so well run and clean. The service was exceptional and a guest did not need anything else. Ambra, her father, and the associates were helpful, they did not miss anything. One night I got a parking ticket and Ambra took care of it for me. I left a necklace in my room and Ambra is sending it to my family. It's incredible that of all the places I have traveled to around the world and have stayed in luxury hotels, this has to be the best experience I have had. I was Director of Sales for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, part of the Leading Hotels of the World for the US, and I can attest that the service received at AMBRA could belong to that group. Thank you all and see you next year.

Ambra is an outstanding hostess in a very individual Bed & Breakfast hotel. She and her excellent team made our holiday very enjoyable with many small and great gestures. The atmosphere in the house is excellent and the view of the city from the rooftop terrace is almost unbeatable. The rooms are small, but extremely nice and the (surely intentional) "lack" of luxury is more than compensated for by the warmth. We heartily recommend the AMBRA accommodation in Noto and will gladly return if we should make another stop nearby. Heike and Holger, Berlin Germany.
