Rooms are spacious and with new furnishings, the bathroom is very spacious, and the environments are clean. Quiet area with services (bakery, bar, restaurants, supermarket) within walking distance. Only one chair is present in the triple room, and there are no hangers in the wardrobe. No flexibility for check-in and check-out times, despite requests made well in advance. The structure can only be reached via several flights of stairs, making it unsuitable for disabled individuals, the elderly, transporting heavy luggage, and families with small children who require transportation of strollers and similar.

The family room at Urban Relax was very spacious, but the major flaw was that it had no windows. It had a split air conditioning system, but there was not even a fan in the bathroom. We had a good night's sleep, but we didn't like the feeling of being closed in without a window.

Excellent everything. The location is simply superb. The cleanliness is fabulous. All beautiful, welcoming, bright, relaxing. Highly recommended, everything at your fingertips: sandwich shop, bar, pizzeria. Simply superb!

Qualified and helpful staff. Clean and excellently air-conditioned room. Owners always kind and available. Definitely an excellence for the city of Favara. Particularly suitable structure to reach the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento in less than 10 minutes.

The structure is perfect for a family stay: we were 5 in a spacious and brand new room where everyone had their own space. True to the photos, even better. Friendly staff. The common terrace, with a beautiful view, is a plus. Breakfast served in a bar near the property and once again we were not disappointed by the service and the quality of the products. Just 10 minutes from Agrigento. We recommend!
