In the heart of the Crocifisso neighborhood, the residence stands as a carefully maintained and tranquil retreat, created from the restoration of a 19th-century building brought back to its original elegance. The spaces have been thoughtfully redesigned to provide modern comforts while preserving the home's authentic character, enhanced by traditional materials and a layout that fosters intimate and relaxing atmospheres.
The property consists of two independent accommodations. The first, converted from an old stable, is a cozy apartment of approximately 40 square meters. The entrance leads to a living room equipped with a TV and a convenient console that can be transformed into a dining table, alongside a stone kitchenette. A sofa bed increases the sleeping capacity, while a loft houses the main bedroom illuminated by an electric skylight. The spacious and well-finished bathroom completes this unit.
The second dwelling occupies the former manor house and offers larger, brighter spaces. The living room includes a fully equipped stone kitchen, a large TV, a sofa bed, and a spacious table for social gatherings. From the living room, one can access the large loft with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, while a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor patio is located on the ground floor. This outdoor area, adorned with original cement tiles, is perfect for enjoying breakfast and dinner al fresco.
Additionally, the residence features a relaxation area with a landscaped garden, barbecue, solarium, and a hot tub for four people, designed to provide a pleasant stay experience in every season.
