Five days of complete relaxation! A place immersed in nature, just a few km from beautiful places to visit like Modica... The staff and the manager were very kind. P.S.: don't leave without trying Mary's pasta.

Great location to visit the area, very kind staff. Our room was very small and not very well maintained in detail. Furthermore, it has a single French window that opens directly into the courtyard where breakfast is served in the morning. The first morning we slept there, we opened the shutter and we were in our underwear in front of families having breakfast.

Promoted with full marks. Manager and staff always fully available, very kind and professional. Really valid structure. Excellent breakfast as well as lunches and dinners of excellent quality and quantity. Clean and well-structured pool. What can I say, the only off-key note is: "why not go back?". Peace, tranquility, silence and nature and finally being pampered by the staff and the manager is priceless.

We stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time with the services offered to us.\nThe owner, Rosario, is a very kind person always ready to help and satisfy your every request, but not only him, all the staff is like that, friendly, kind, and ready to please you.\nThe pool is well maintained, the structure is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are spacious and the idea of relaxation is expressed perfectly, everything served with great calm, without the usual rush to finish everything immediately.\nThe breakfast was rich and with a choice, lunch or dinner, according to your request, was excellent.\nIn short, a vacation to absolutely redo!\nThank you for everything!

Beautiful structure, we stayed for 3 days with my family. We will definitely come back. Enchanting place immersed in nature and relaxation, fantastic manager and staff, very kind and always caring for everything. I contacted the property but then I did not stay there anymore due to personal reasons. The fact remains that the manager had contacted me and proved to be very helpful both in terms of price and in accepting the holiday bonus. Moreover, given my indecision, he was also available for a last-minute booking, ensuring me that he would not change the price (provided there was an available room). In short, he showed great flexibility and intelligence given the situation we are going through. Top!

Struttura e location molto suggestive nel cuore del barocco della Val di Noto.
Il personale, giovanissimo, ed il gestore, Rosario, sono stati molto cortesi e sempre pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. La camera quadrupla della quale ho usufruito era ampia e confortevole.
Punto di merito per le pulizie quotidiane e per la cucina della anch'ella giovanissima, chef.
Il tutto ha reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole e rilassante. Il giudizio non può che essere ottimo. Bravi

Il Direttore, Giorgio, sempre pronto e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
La camera è dotata di tutto aria condizionata, TV, bagno e pulizia sempre puntuale. Non so se tornerò in zona, ma se ci torno sceglierò di nuovo Tre Balate.

Resort di tutto rispetto nelle splendide campagne modicane, molto ben curato e gestito (nota di forte merito) da gente giovane e motivata. La struttura si trova a pochi km di auto da Modica ed a 20 minuti da spiaggia e luoghi di interesse culturale.
Rosario, il gestore, è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, così come la brava cuoca.
Camere dotate dei comfort necessari quali bel bagno con ampia doccia, armadio etc. Unica pecca il materasso che per noi è risultato troppo rigido forse perché accoppiato a dei guanciali molto bassi e morbidi.
Confido di ritrovare al nostro ritorno dei buoni guanciali magari in memory.
La piscina è tenuta abbastanza bene. Ultimo ma non ultimo la meravigliosa quiete che circonda questa struttura e che a mio avviso è impagabile! Lo consiglio assolutamente per una parentesi di vero relax. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo!

Struttura ben tenuta e molto suggestiva con una bella piscina, comoda per visitare le città d'arte presenti in zona. Gestita da un gruppo di ragazzi gentili ed educati che ti fanno sentire a casa, se proprio vogliamo cercare un difetto manca un po' d'esperienza nel gestire il tutto ma viene ampiamente sopperita dall'entusiasmo e la grinta della giovane età. Consigliato sia per le famiglie che per i ragazzi purché si possieda un mezzo proprio in quanto, come per quasi tutta la Sicilia, la zona non è servita dal trasporto pubblico. In conclusione spero di poter soggiornare ancora in questa splendida location.

Si dovrebbe curare meglio la parte della piscina come verde e soprattutto sostituire quei vecchi gazebi e ombrelloni che sono a pezzi con nuovi arredi per il resto tutto apposto cucina ottima responsabile gentilissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 31 luglio al 3 Agosto.
Ci siamo trovati bene, ci hanno accontentato sempre in tutto e per tutto!
Ottima posizione strategica a 15 min dal mare e dal centro di Modica. Lo consigliamo a chi ama la tranquillità, poiché si può vivere un’ esperienza di assoluto relax! Ottima colazione varia ed Abbondante e camere super pulite. Complimenti a Rosario che è un ottimo padrone di casa, ma anche alle ragazze che si sono mostrate sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili.
Torneremo sicuramente, alla prossima grazie!

Struttura bellissima e di tipica fattura della zona.
Camera grande, fresca e pulitissima.
Colazione abbondante, assortita e di alta qualità.
La cuoca gentile, carina e sempre sorridente, cucina ottima.

Posto veramente stupendo, pulito, accogliente, tranquillo. Struttura per passare un fine settimana o anche le ferie! I ragazzi sono cordali e alla mano (se possono aiutano in tutte le richieste) simpatici e soprattutto ti fanno sentire a tuo agio, in famiglia!
Appena possibile torneremo sicuramente... consigliatissimo! E in più c'è anche la piscina e il mangiare buonissimo, fatto con passione.
