Description
The holiday home was born from the renovation of an old farmhouse located within a property of about four hectares. Each room has become a single independent apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and sleeping area. The following were used: Sicilian terracotta for the flooring, wood for the stairs and cement tiles in the kitchen while maintaining all the comfort and safety requirements such as emergency light and gas leakage sensor. The property has a private entrance with a small road that leads directly to the large free parking area. The facility, not far from the small town, enjoys a breathtaking view (sea view and Etna view) and great tranquility. It is possible to take pleasant walks immersed in nature and from a centenary staircase, which projects from the house towards the seabed, you can easily reach the natural grove which over the years has seen the strengthening of oaks, elms and local flora. The building restored has become a pleasant place to spend the hot summer hours.

An oasis of peace and tranquility with everything you might need on vacation. Salvo and Vera were truly hospitable. The apartment is well air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen complete with fridge, microwave oven, and coffee machine; there is also a small but functional laundry room with a sink and washing machine, as well as a small ironing board and iron. The outdoor areas are well maintained and there is a fantastic lawn that looks like a carpet. The added value is the pool shower because it also has hot water. I really hope to be able to return.
