The attic entrance space with transom window is equipped with a kitchen with induction hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dining table and chairs and everything you need.

From the kitchen area, proceeding towards the inside of the house, you come across a second attic room which is very welcoming and modern, characterized by bold colours, equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and single bed, double transom windows.

Opposite is the bathroom complete with toilet, bidet and spacious shower.

Continuing from the corridor you enter the attic bedroom, the most secluded, very spacious and refined and equipped with a private sea view terrace with sofa, table and outdoor armchairs.
