The B&B consists of 5 double rooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed to one of them, all equipped with a bathroom, heating, air conditioning, TV, a kitchen, and a large living room.
The rooms have a simple decor and the bed linen is changed once a week, while the bathroom linen is changed every 3 days.

Hello, I'm Paul Tiberio and I manage the B&B Tenuta Don Paolino, owned by my family. Among the lemon trees, the outdoor area (courtyard, pool, etc.) is particularly noteworthy. It has been lovingly designed by the owner with an aesthetic eye for detail. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely days at Tenuta Don Paolino.

Great starting point for the surrounding (or slightly further) places. The immediate area and Avola itself do not offer much, but for example Noto, Syracuse (Ortigia), Ragusa are beautiful places to visit. There are also some nature reserves and even Etna is doable. The rooms are not large and relatively simple, but perfectly fine. Outside around the pool, it's nice to relax with plenty of sunbeds and/or seating. Breakfast is not very varied, but enough to start the day well with fresh products. The owner (and the friendly staff member) are very accessible, helpful, and nice. For the price/quality, it is truly a top choice.

Tenuta Don Paolino, a dream farmhouse. A haven of peace, with a pool... and lemons! Impeccable furnishings and garden, great hospitality and services. Very fresh room, new and perfect bathroom. To be repeated as soon as possible!

It was a fantastic place to stay, delightfully peaceful. The bed & breakfast is beautifully decorated, excellent beds and everything very clean. We can definitely recommend this B&B, we enjoyed it. The host is super nice and you feel very welcome. Perfect, just absolutely perfect, Simone and Bart.
