In the beautiful and evocative Marzamemi, born the B&B Suliccenti, a newly built house suitable for a wide range of users, from families with children, couples on vacation until disabled people, whilst ensuring a high standard of quality of its services.

Inolte, for guests who prefer to travel independently and in an environmentally friendly manner, free of charge, bicycles to explore the historic center of the village of Marzamemi.

The B&B Suliccenti make your holiday unique and unforgettable Siciliane. Marzamemi is a fraction marinara, which is about 3 km from the town of Pachino in the province of Syracuse. The name comes from the Arabic Al-Hamam Marsà which means Bay of Doves, since the area is obliged to place the passage of small birds during migration. The village has developed around the landing, then became a fishing port, and has developed thanks to the latter activity, widely practiced today, acquiring even a tuna, one of the most important in Sicily. The trap of Marzamemi dates back to the time of the domination of the Arabs in Sicily. In 1630 it was sold by the owner. The B&B Suliccenti offers its customers the opportunity to stay in its themed rooms, all equipped with the following amenities:

Located right on Viale P. Calleri (ex Via Lido), the B&B Suliccenti is very close to the main tourist attractions, you can just cross the street to find yourself on the beach Marinella, where you can admire the famous islet Brancati, in close proximity to the harbor pit and along the avenue, we arrive at the center of Marzamemi.

Each room has a theme, it is possible to choose between: Africa, America, Antarctica, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Each room is decorated in a tasteful and elegant, brightened by vivid colors and iridescent coatings will also see in their bathrooms, creating a pleasant environment to live. Marzamemi is a small seaside village, a hamlet of the Municipality of Pachino, about 2 km away, in the province of Syracuse, in the extreme south-east of Sicily.

The name originates from the Arabic Marsà Al-Hamàm, which translates to Bay of Doves, as the area serves as a crucial stopover for small birds during their migrations.

The village developed around the landing place, which later became a fishing port, and it grew due to this activity, which is still widely practiced today. It also features a tuna fishery, one of the most significant in Sicily.

The tuna fishery in Marzamemi dates back to the time of the Arab rule in Sicily.

In 1630, it was sold by its owner.

New rooms, abundant breakfast, but the air conditioning system is poor as it only turns on after the windows have been closed for two minutes. With 40 degrees, after the stairs, you end up in a sauna before the air conditioner starts. I had asked if they had a closed parking space, as I had surfboards on the car. They said yes, while in reality the open parking lot behind the Suliccenti B&B. They didn't touch anything, to tell the truth.

Lovely place, close to the beach in this ideal period for a couple of days of relaxation, a pity the town is not very lively in this low season, many closed structures. In conclusion, it went well even though I had to go to neighboring towns to eat. In any case, the structure deserves it.

I stayed at the Suliccenti B&B and was immediately impressed by the structure and strategic location. The room I stayed in had a large balcony with a sea view and a reliable cooling system. Both the towels and the sheets were new and very clean. Finally, the B&B is a 5-minute walk from the renowned Marzamemi. Highly recommended place.

I stayed only one night but it was enough to understand that it is a structure that met expectations; the little apartment on the third floor was very nice, comfortable, and clean, the price paid was worth it all. The managers were very kind and helpful. The location is good: 5 minutes walk to the center of Marzamemi and 4 km from San Lorenzo. I will definitely come back.

A great stop on our way back, I will keep it as a reference for future trips! 10 minutes walk from the center of Marzamemi, excellent completely renovated structure, the staff is helpful and friendly, good breakfast.

Great B&B. New and clean structure about 10 minutes walk from Piazza Regina Margherita, staff present, provided breakfast, parking available.\n\nRenovated and sanitized rooms with air conditioning included, only flaw (if we can say so) the beds with the mattress that 'sinks' a little (at least, the two small beds) and the small shower kit was missing in the bathroom.\n\nGreat overall, I could definitely come back! Value for money worth a visit.

Comfortable facility, 10 minutes walk from the town center, renovated and quiet. The availability of bicycles was very appreciated. Breakfast is not served on site but at affiliated bars. We always went to the bar in the little square, very nice and with the option to choose the Sicilian breakfast as well. Excellent value for money.

Excellent facility in a very convenient location, just outside the pedestrian zone. Mr. Felice and Mrs. are very kind and helpful. Everything is perfect. Even the breakfast at the affiliated bars is not bad; a pretext for a morning walk. I definitely recommend it.

Everything great except for the breakfast at the affiliated bars, which is very inconvenient, especially for those like us with a small child. It's a shame because all it would take is an automatic coffee and cappuccino machine and some croissants to provide an alternative for those who have difficulty moving to the city center for breakfast. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very clean structure, located in the central area of Marzamemi. The managers are very kind and available. Breakfast is not served at the structure but in some affiliated bars in Marzamemi. We always went to Ciclope 2, absolutely fantastic for breakfast and to satisfy cravings. The only small flaw of the structure is that the internal walls do not guarantee satisfactory sound insulation. For everything else, absolutely recommended.
