Description

The Stagnone Area Zero B&B is located in the heart of the Stagnone Nature Reserve, just steps from the island of Mozia. Housed in a carefully renovated early 20th-century house, it blends traditional style with contemporary design. Family paintings and photographs lend a warm and authentic feel to the rooms, where art and hospitality reign supreme.

Every morning, guests can help themselves to a buffet breakfast featuring fresh, authentic local products: a convivial yet relaxed experience, allowing them to feel independent and at home.

The large green garden and common areas invite relaxation and sharing.

The B&B embraces a philosophy of sustainable hospitality, thanks to the use of solar panels and a reduction in plastic use, for a stay that respects nature and the local area.

An ideal place for those seeking authenticity, tranquility, and comfort, immersed in the beauty of the Stagnone lagoon.

We have five double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.

All rooms have a garden view, private bathroom and are equipped with:

Breakfast

Breakfasts for the sweet menu include fresh croissants, biscuits, milk, butter, yogurt, cereals, muesli, Nutella, honey, and jams;
and for the savory menu, local products such as bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and eggs.

All accompanied by bread and fresh fruit.

For our savory dishes, we use local olive oil from the Barbàra farm, just a few kilometers away.

Our breakfasts are always vegetarian, and for vegans and those with special dietary needs, we can prepare alternatives upon request.

This is Emilia, interior designer and owner of the Stagnone Area Zero B&B, located in the heart of the Stagnone Natural Reserve.

The house was designed and created entirely by me and my family, personally taking care of every detail to offer guests a harmonious, warm, and authentic atmosphere.

I love making guests feel at home, accommodating every need whenever possible, with attention and care, and offering my availability to make their stay a pleasant experience.

Pampered, excellent breakfast, comfortable and bright room, spacious bathroom, wonderful garden and the Stagnone with superb views right next to the property. Secured parking and a small convenience store next to the property. Lovely atmosphere, kindness and great helpfulness. We had a wonderful stay.

The B&B is run with a lot of love. Very friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated. Everything is very clean and quiet! The breakfast buffet is always freshly prepared, with fresh fruits, omelets, bruschetta, croissants, and every day a delicious homemade cake, of which you can also help yourself in the evening. The courtyard is a green oasis, lovingly maintained. There is also the pergola, where breakfast is served. From the room (with air conditioning, which we enjoyed using in the evening) you can also directly access the outdoor area. There are sun loungers and a clothes rack available, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off, for example, the kite equipment. A small minimarket and ATM are just around the corner. The sea is just a few steps away. We reached our kite school on foot in 10 minutes. The people in the village were all very friendly! It was a pleasure to spend our holiday week in this lovely B&B. Thank you very much Emilia and family, we will be happy to come back!

This family-run B&B is an oasis of relaxation and taste. Smiling and always available, Giacomo and Emilia made us feel at home from the very first moment! The property has a garden where breakfast (abundant and never banal) is served in the morning. In the kitchen, you can always find snacks, fruit, water, and cold drinks. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, cared for in every detail and equipped with every comfort. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! You will also find the magic of Riserva dello Stagnone in the rooms thanks to the beautiful black and white photos taken by the owner. There is attention to the environment: filtered water in glass bottles, no plastic, separate waste collection. It is possible to park the car inside the property.

It was our second time at Area Zero and we had a great time again. Emilia is really sweet and always very helpful, and the breakfast is AMAZING! It's totally worth booking just for that! But the room is nice too, small but everything you need is there. They even have an outside shower in the lovely garden, which is great when you have kite equipment. We can only recommend it!
