Description

"Sotto la Torre e sopra il Porticciolo" is located in Ustica, on top of a hill next to a Bourbon watchtower, and offers splendid views of the sea, the small harbor, and the village. The view is enjoyed from the entire house, not just one accommodation: it can be admired from every patio, every terrace, and from the pool. The property offers free WiFi available throughout.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hob, a Nescafé coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer, and a desk. Together with Laura, we manage this ancient family house for the pleasure of hosting guests from all backgrounds. We spent many years in Paris before returning to the wonderful island of Ustica, where we run this small accommodation for six months. The other six months we spend traveling around the world. We will recommend the best restaurants, events, concerts, nightclubs, bars for aperitifs, electric bike and scooter rentals, and everything you may need for a successful vacation.

We are eight minutes' walk from the town square where you can find bars, ice cream shops, supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shops, etc. The structure is located at the top of a hill next to a Bourbon watchtower and enjoys a spectacular view of the town, the sea, and the marina. From the structure, you can see an unforgettable sunrise of the sun and the moon. The most beautiful tracking path called the "Sentiero del Mezzogiorno" starts a few meters from the structure and takes you to the sea where you can see fantastic sunsets.

This year again we had a very fulfilling experience. The property is in a magical location and offers a breathtaking view. The rooms are welcoming, spacious and equipped with all comforts. This year's surprise was the swimming pool which, at the end of the day, gave us a swim under the moon reflected on the sea. The host Antonio is a special person: helpful, energetic and friendly; he managed to involve us in the cultural and recreational life of the island. We thank him and his wife Laura for enriching our stay on the splendid Ustica. See you next year, Angelo and Marina.

Our stay in the seaside cottage exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Having a well-equipped outdoor kitchen at our disposal allowed us to create wonderful moments of sharing with the other guests and friends. The wonder that the view gave us every single day is unforgettable and the presence of the pool is a significant added value. And we absolutely cannot fail to mention Antonio, who welcomed us into his home with priceless kindness, helpfulness and friendliness. We hope to be able to return soon.
