The apartment, located in an elegant building from the early 1900s, has been skillfully renovated under the guidance of architect Sanfilippo. During the renovation, we enhanced the distinctive features of the Art Nouveau style that characterizes the building, such as the patterned floors and the frescoes found in three rooms, seamlessly integrating them with modern solutions.

The LED lighting, combination-opening doors, air conditioning, and heating systems have been designed to provide maximum comfort for guests in every season. The property also boasts an independent entrance via a gate that leads to a convenient ramp, ensuring a practical and barrier-free access to the main part of the apartment.

Soste Normanne is located in the heart of Palermo, just a 5-minute walk from Teatro Massimo, 10 minutes by walk from Teatro Politeama, and Piazza Castelnuovo. It’s a 25-minute walk to Palazzo dei Normanni, Capella Palatina, Palermo Cathedral, as well as the main shopping streets, Vittorio Emanuele and Via Libertà. You’ll also find La Fontana Pretoria and Rinascente nearby. The area is full of supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs, offering plenty of options for dining and drinks. All of Palermo’s major attractions are within walking distance. The area is well connected by public transportation: just 100 meters from Via Roma, where the main bus lines run, and with a direct 101 bus line to Central Station. 10 minuets by walk to the airport bus station Via Villa Ermosa is outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so you can easily reach the guest house by car.
