100m from the Duomo that rises on the elevated part of the island, incorporating what was the main sacred temple in Doric style of the polis, dedicated to Athena (Minerva) and converted into a church with the advent of Christianity, our guest house is the perfect location for a dream holiday in a romantic and discreet.

Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, internet access, flat screen TV Smart, private bathroom with bidet, minibar, kettle with tea & herbal teas, coffee maker with 2 capsules welcome, 2 bottles of water welcome. The cleaning service is daily and performed by specialized staff while the change of bed linen and towels is provided on the fourth consecutive day of stay.
You will be welcomed and assisted by managers able to speak Italian, English, French, Spanish.

The area is very quite and people living there are very characteristic inhabitants from the southern Italy.
The apartment is located in a ancient courtyard that was the birthplace of Syracuse poet and patriot "Salvatore Chindemi", as the effigy on the top of access gate shows.
Next door you can see an old barbier.
A few step from you there is the Cathedral square, practically you are in the heart of Ortigia island!
Only 100 mt and you can meet the little beach called "Cala Rossa" where you can take a time to relax and swimming in the wondeful Sicilian sea.
